It seems like every time you go into their lobby to order food, you never get the drink that you ordered. You always have to tell the worker that you had a drink cup with your order as well. Not sure how hard it is to read off of a tag or a screen, but the consistency of not getting your drink is almost impressive. Order is almost always messed up. We typically order and eat at the restaurant so we can at least get it fixed right away. However, make the mistake of ordering in drive thru and going home to eat, then you are screwed. I have tried calling and speaking with the manager about the last large drive thru order they messed up and she is never available and does not return phone calls. Visiting from another town with children, this mcds has a playplace which is cool and my kids where excited. Unfortunately none of the 6(I tried them all) hand sanitizer stations had anything in them. Conveniently enough there was a bathroom right next to playplace so the kids could wash their hands before they ate. But the water in that bathroom didn’t work.
