When I visited on Saturday, it was during the Super Nationals, a week long dirt track racing event. Even though it was busy the young woman that must have been the manager or lead worker was training some younger women. She handled herself very professionally and was patient and kind to the young ladies. She was pretty much amazing. Clean, polite staff, tasty food you pick when you feel to guilty to go to other fast food spots. Italian BMT toasted on Italian herb and cheese bread, pepper jack cheese, add marinara sauce, banana peppers, light onions, black olives, pepper, oregano and light southwest sauce. You ain't even ready! ?
