“Service is good, food is fast and good. Atmosphere is clean and quiet. The only area that needs work may be that the pop machine nozzles need to be cleaned more often or replaced. Every time I go there, the pop sprays out in multiple directions and on my hand and cup.“

“Was in on a swamped Friday at lunch time and staff was MOVING, but still super helpful and friendly. Almost didn't go in because it looked so busy, but they really kept stuff moving and still took time to have patience and be friendly with my kids. Felt above and beyond a standard fast food experience today.“

“Five years ago I would not have rated this location five stars, but things have changed for the better! I personally cannot eat here due to food allergies but I do get food for my husband somewhat often.

For the last couple years I HAVENT checked my bags before I left- knowing the order will be right. I think only once or twice a sause wasn't thrown in but never issues with the actual food/ missing food.

Depending on the time of day your wait may be a bit longer than expected BUT I think that's a great thing and why things have also improved. I am happy to wait a little longer and pull up to the third window (or even the space past that). They are prioritizing getting things right rather than going at the speed of light.

The employees also are all always very nice as well. They seem more relaxed/ less stressed then they used to be which is nice to see.

Whatever you guys have been doing the last year or two you are doing it right and I hope you continue to value your team and treat them well because they are making a noticable difference. Keep them around and be good to them.“

“Well what what a difference a year makes my wife and I went back to subway tonight in Boone across from Taco John's and absolutely the atmosphere was better I have a sandwich called the prime it was absolutely banging by the time I got out of there the girls very nice blonde and a very nice brunette young ladies had put everything but anchovies on my sandwich the sandwich was absolutely banging as I say which is my best rating and I'm sorry to say Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's but they believe you out of the water not only by price but by taste and by the sandwich being loaded my wife enjoyed hers as much as I enjoyed mine so way to go Subway you definitely definitely definitely up your game and keep doing what you're doing cuz if you keep doing what you're doing you going to get a lot more people coming back including us God bless you all take care cuz you're definitely doing it the right way the way Subway used to be a place you could depend on“
