“I’ve had very pleasant experiences every time I’ve visited so far. The drive-thru is faster than some others in town despite being busier, and the inside is very pleasant and clean. The food here has been some of the best I’ve had from any Chick-fil-A location, the chicken has been perfectly cooked, and the vegetables fresh. The fries have been great as well, but I do think the first time I visited (the second day since being opened) the fries were not quite cooked thoroughly, but I haven’t had that problem since.
Overall I’m very glad Chick-fil-A is now in town, and it’s being run very splendidly by an awesome team.

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I normally never write reviews but I had to for this experience. I asked for a takeout but they gave me a tray to dine in, after they realized the mistake (before I even grabbed the tray) they said they will fix it but I told them that I was in no rush and will dine in. This was a great choice because I asked for a shake right as they opened the lunch menu so the machine wasn’t ready to go quite yet so I had to wait. Most places probably would’ve told me no to the shake because they weren’t ready yet but they insisted that I wait due to the already confusing interaction. Keisha (worker) then asked if I would like a drink on the house since I had to wait, I told her that it’s ok and I don’t need one but then a few minutes later she grabbed a cup and said please grab something to drink while you wait so I took it and I’m so glad she did that. After a few more minutes went by my shake was done and they upgraded me to a large for the long wait. I couldn’t remember the name of the other girl that gave me the shake but she was also very nice. Thank you to the Arby’s team, you guys turned my morning around. Keisha definitely deserves a raise!“

“Big shout out to Holden who helped me with a catering order for a funeral visitation. He went way above and beyond and even offered to stop by and get a card for the family to include in my food I was having delivered!!! Not many people go the extra mile anymore and since I am out of town I greatly appreciated it!“

“I recently tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken and honestly it surprised me in a good way. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and really juicy on the inside, which is exactly what you want. The seasoning had a nice kick without being too overpowering. The sides were good too, especially the biscuits they were soft, buttery, and actually tasted fresh.“
