“Visited on their grand opening on 1/30/25 between 2-2:30pm. Should've waited a couple weeks for the new business hype to die down & kinks worked out; Middle of the afternoon and swamped. Ordered a meal, fries were missing. Dined in and for some reason they still call out my name even though they gave me one of those table tops (of 2 colors) to have it brought to me. Don't get the point in them when there isn't anything identifiable other than 2 different colors... staff have to go around asking if your this person that the order is under, Why not just simply use numbers? Soft drinks are not self-serve, so if you want a refill you have to go up & wait in line again... less efficient.“

“We went to the drive through and then I took my toddler to use the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the bathroom doesn’t even smell like a fast food restaurant’s bathroom. I walked in and it was very clean. The food smells delicious upon entry. When we got our food the burgers were well put together and had everything we asked for. The employees were very welcoming and smiled and said hello even tho we just went it to use the bathroom.“

“We like eating here when we can. One of our sandwiches was made wrong which took several minutes to fix. We had ordered a dessert to be picked up later, but cashier didn't add it to our ticket. Went back later and ordered dessert and waited over 15 minutes. Had to go to counter and wait for it to be made. Felt like no management oversight was being done.“

“On sunday 4/14 we stopped in for dinner about 4:30. The staff on shift was fun, friendly, prompt, and so on top of things! Honestly, Arby's has never been my go to, but the food was fresh and really good. It was clean and overall a great experience. If I choose Arby's again, it will be this one!“

“I wasn't happy on how much I spent just on a Large Chocolate shake and a Large Cheese Ball that was a little stupid in price and not even get that many Cheese Balls and the Chili Dog was suppose to have cheese on it that was missing.... We even asked if the cheese was on it the manager said yes. We even had to wait I guess fries were down..... Well they were cold....“
