“I used to love this place but not really anymore. I wish the pricing was transparent, I got a strawberry cheesecake whip the other day and the total was over $9 and there was not even 1 piece of cheesecake in it(the reason I got it) so I just threw it away. Ugh. I have got the shakes before and those are pretty good and big though.“

“This is an updated review From my previous things have gotten better the guy who worked in street clothing I havent seen lately hopefully he's either moved on or they addressed the issue Staff is friendly and wait times have significantly improved Not Great but better then they were like all restaurants understaffing is a very real issue and while I understand it maybe Leadership could train employees to step up and help one another Ive seen a few employees there step up and work their butts off a few you can tell they really dont wanna be there moping around and just could care less since my last scathing review things are starting to change and I realize its a young establishment and a young crew there are standouts dont let their awesomeness go unnoticed food a couple times was super fresh and enjoyable last couple times definately noticed it should have been thrown in waste no way it was fresh it all depends on whos working and the pride they take in doing their job come on team you can do better Ive seen it !!
in the last two months Im going to honestly say this establishment in Fort Dodge has gone from their well Deserved 1 Star rating to a now 4 Star a few bumps and hurdles to overcome yet but Im sure they will Management needs to treat employees AS EMPLOYEES not their best friends but everyone has learning curves and im sure to see great things to come from Ft Dodges DQ“
