“We heard that Double Dipped had good ice cream, so we stopped by to try it for ourselves, and it lived up to the good recommendation! There were over a dozen flavors available, so we first tried a few samples. We then ordered two flavors each (one pairing in a dish, the other in a waffle cone). There are several tables if you're dining in. There are also various smoked meats, honey products, and other locally-made food and gift items in the shop.“

“I enjoyed my time at the Outside Scoop. The service was very pleasant. As for the banana split, the ice cream was a bit stiff and hard to dig into. I didn’t taste much of the chocolate ice cream, the vanilla was good for flavor, and strawberry ok. The flavor was in the chocolate syrup and the waffle chunks that were added. At $14, I had better quality splits for much less. The rest of the experience was really good.“
