I called Snack Shack to order some fries. I also told him I want to order my shake now so that it’s melted when I get there because sometimes it’s hard to drink. The man proceeds to tell me I can’t order ice cream over the phone and hangs up. Then they refuse to answer my phone call simply because I asked for ice cream at the same time as my french fries.
