The AI Tory "voice" at the drive through has driven me to stop going to your restaurant. I've told your manager every vist how frustrating it is for your customers. Nobody wants to get an automated service when they call a customer service line, why would you feel that they would enjoy the experience at a drive thru?
I don’t understand why my order is never correct through the drive…. Today missing my sauce for my chicken strips so they are not edible to me…. Whenever I order a burger it is never the way I order it either… don’t with Hardee’s…

Came in this morning and the lady at the counter was very nice but while I was sitting down eating there was a huge argument in the back and completely disrupted our meal. They need to learn to handle things by talking instead of yelling at eachother with customers in the lobby.
