Chick-fil-A in Fort Dodge is a popular restaurant, known for its amazing service and delicious food. The grand opening was a success, with customers able to easily order through the app and have their food brought to their table. The drive-thru is faster than some others in town, even during busy times, and the inside is very pleasant and clean. The food has received high praise, with perfectly cooked chicken and fresh vegetables. Fries have been great as well, although there were some issues with them being undercooked during the initial opening days. However, overall experiences have been pleasant, and many customers are glad Chick-fil-A is now in town.
Despite some delays and issues with order fulfillment during busy times, the restaurant could improve its system for identifying orders. Some customers have noted that it is important to check orders before leaving the drive-thru, as missing items have been a concern. Soft drinks are not self-serve, which can lead to longer wait times for refills. The restaurant has a large selection of dressings for salads and offers free refills on lemonade, which many enjoy. Overall, Chick-fil-A is a great addition to the community, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It may take some time for the new business to work out any kinks, but the team is doing a splendid job.
