If you want a good sandwich from Subway in Boone Iowa go to 1704 address because the other Subway is trash. Every employee there has always had an attitude and they act like it's your privilege for them to serve you and that also. Customers are always first and the atmosphere in this place makes me nauseous go to the other Subway in Boone Iowa.
I have to write this review from two different perspectives. First, if you're someone that had your subway account hacked, 1 star. My account got hacked, I contacted the online help and this store. I'm two states away, told them I did not order this sandwich, they probably shouldn't give out this sandwich. Both just told me I had to just contact my bank. They were determined to give out this sandwich.

Subway, a local franchise with some ups and downs. While corporate decisions like mixing teriyaki and removing shredded Mozzarella caused some dissatisfaction, the store in Boone seems to have improved. Despite occasional crunchy bread, the service is good, the atmosphere has gotten better, and the "Prime" sandwich was described as "absolutely banging" and loaded with ingredients. With a clean store and friendly staff, Subway seems to be back on track, offering tasty and satisfying sandwiches that may just outshine competitors in terms of price and flavor. If they keep it up, more customers will surely be coming back for more.
