While corporate decisions like mixing teriyaki and removing shredded Mozzarella caused some dissatisfaction, the store in Boone seems to have improved. Despite occasional crunchy bread, the service is good, the atmosphere has gotten better, and the "Prime" sandwich was described as "absolutely banging" and loaded with ingredients. With a clean store and friendly staff, Subway seems to be back on track, offering tasty and satisfying sandwiches that may just outshine competitors in terms of price and flavor. If they keep it up, more customers will surely be coming back for more.
