On a different day, the restaurant was busy and short-staffed, but the staff stayed friendly and accommodating. The manager apologized for a slightly overdone Bacon burger, and the staff continued to be courteous and helpful. Overall, Applebee's remains a good choice for a casual family meal, but occasional delays can occur during busy times.
