Was a big fan. Now they’ve lost our business. Got takeout for the second time, and it was disgusting again. No problem at the restaurant before. Attempted to contact them on the phone and was never called back and via Facebook messenger (which they read and never replied to). Over $70 for cold food, no seasoning on fajitas so they tasted just like meat, no chips and salsa, and all around nasty food. We couldn’t even finish our meals it was so bad. Made a to-go order. We were told “be ready in 15 minutes” over an hour later and still didn’t get the order correct.
We ate at El Toro tonight with our five kids and two extras. Our waiter was SO wonderful. My kids all continually commented on how nice he was. He took great care of us, the food was delicious, and it was fast. It's been awhile since we've gone out and had that kind of service.
