Applebee's Grill + Bar

Would rate the food but didn’t get to eat it. Sat for an hour after placing order with no service from waitress or updates on delays for our food. Ended up leaving, created a vacuum behind us as others started leaving also. We understand that restaurants get short staffed at times, but not tending to your customers is wrong. Will not be back, prices were $19 for a simple cheeseburger anyway..

I was not happy with my food at all.I complained to the manager and shouldn't do nothing.I had burnt chicken, and I have a picture of it, and my husband steak was raw.When he asked we're all done... she says it was not burnt, but it was.I could not even eat my food.I had to leave it there

Food takes an hour AFTER ordering, which was 20 minutes after being seated. Management should have warned us in case we did not want to spend our evening like this. We watched so many people walk out having never even placing an order. This is not the first time we experienced this. It is probably our last.

Severe was great, Atmosphere was good. The food was terrible. My wife ordered Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine, her whole meal came out COLD, I ordered a steak medium well, it came burnt. It took them 35 minutes to serve our food to us and they served it like that. The manager did compensate us for it however but it shouldn't have happened to start with. Won't be back
