Used to be fun to go in and celebrate your Birthday. Now it is depressing……especially when you have to keep reminding the waiter

We arrived at the restaurant at 4:45 the waitress was very nice but it took 50 minutes to get out order for 4 adults and 2 children. By the time the food came the 1 year old had cried for 20 min because he was hungry. I’m sure the other guests did not appreciate it. Had the food been in a timely manner it would all have been avoided.

i was there friday night around 7-7:30 and there was a server kelly was a really bad server and made comments about this table with a woman with blonde hair and a white sweat shirt and the woman at the table flagged down a black girl to make a complaint and so was i until she did, fix your servers attitudes and remarks.

My girlfriend Went in there and ate a few nights ago, with a small group of friends and family had the worst service from our server, kelly. Had to ask the young gal that was running food for a review card so they could let upper management know they need to do better. People that came in after us were getting their food way before them. They do believe that the server forgot to put their order in. Had to wait for drinks to even be taken? Will not be returning.

Whole family just got sick after eating there two days ago. Service was slow too. Would have let it slide but now Whole family is sick with what looks like food poisoning.

I called to see at what time they were gonna be closing in new years eve , they told me at 10 got there at 920 and doors were locked , so unprofessional

My steak wasn't quite right but they got it right and it was delicious. It's hard to get the 14oz cooked perfectly to someone's expectation. Serving staff was excellent.

Very disappointed this round. ordered steak and Parmesan sirloin well done meal after 40 mins of waiting in food finally get it and cut into it and it’s just start bleeding like it’s rare okay I’m a werid type it completely turned me off the meal so I switched to chicken broccoli Alfredo. manager comes out and says won’t be done for another 30 mins should I take it to go… alright my whole family has ate while i haven’t I say sure and ask for soft broccoli because I don’t like the crunch and blackened seasoning for it. in a. I’d n a bag I take a Quick Look n seen it was so dry didn’t fully check other stuff because I’m ready to go. get the sauce pay tip and leave get home and open it up to eat and ugh broccoli so hard it’s almost raw chicken is horrible and on top no blackened seasoning. Small cup of sauce didn’t even sauce the entire amount of noodles to 3 slices of small chicken. god I love Applebee’s but this by far has been the worst with them! Only reason 5 star service due to my pregnant waitress trying her hardest and the back just couldn’t.

I never thought I'd say this about an Applebee's, but it was great! Service was friendly, food tasted fantastic. The meat was well cooked and well seasoned, bread not burned. Best Applebee's I've had as far back as I can remember.
I only gave 4 stars because our food took a very long time to come out. Like well over 20 minutes. He ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered a prime rib dipper with chicken fingers for the baby. It really isn't a 20-30 minute job to make a sandwich. People that were seated well after us got their food long before we did. They had a surf and turf plate and fish n chips. Didn't see what the third person had. No reason that our order of 2 sandwiches should've taken that long if they're filling orders that came after ours.

There was one table and we had to wait to be acknowledged to get seated. Service was slow, nobody seemed like they wanted to work. Food was just okay. This whole atmosphere is not normal for an Applebee’s, not from the area so I’m not sure what the issues are. Very inconsistant.

Finally an Applebee's that got it right. Food was great, staff where great. Wonderful time.

Food was not that great and definitely not very big portions considering the price. Service was slow it took us awhile to get our food and server barely checked on us.
