Severe was great, Atmosphere was good. The food was terrible. My wife ordered Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine, her whole meal came out COLD, I ordered a steak medium well, it came burnt. It took them 35 minutes to serve our food to us and they served it like that. The manager did compensate us for it however but it shouldn't have happened to start with. Won't be back

Did the two for 25, got drinks and salads, but waited over 45 minutes. Knew there was a problem when other people food was cold, and had to b sent back . So after another 10 minutes , we talk to server and manager. Both very nice. Manger stated they had three new cooks. They were also turning people away because of long cook times. They couple are drinks and salads.

Horrible. Go elsewhere. I ordered the strawberry salad, waited for an hour for my food and then was told they didn’t have strawberries. Also the salad was missing cheese and the tomatoes were rotten.

Brittany was a great waiters, she was always at are table asking if we needed anything the food was also outstanding! And was not a long wait at all very impressed!

My husband & I ate lunch at Apple Bees. We were seated right away. We noticed they were getting very busy, with what seemed to be short staffed. It wasn't a problem for us, because we weren't in any hurry. Our waitress Samantha was very nice, but seemed like she struggled to keep up. Are Food arrived, and it was delicious, after my husband sent his overdone Bacon burger back. The manager brought the new one out, and was very apologetic. Despite everyone being overly busy, all the staff was very friendly.

The waitress we had was great, but you need to make your food more from in house rather than than precooked/frozen. Many years I have been coming here, and I noticed the quality of the food is not near as good as it used to be. I hope this question stuff helps improve my future experiences. We both had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp w/ onions and mushrooms w/mashed potatoes.
