On August 3rd....went for lunch and ordered meals for 3 people.....NO problems at all...asked how much a cup of ice costs...they said it would be 2.59 for one. That is totally ridiculous. A soda would be reasonable for that price but not just ice. They said it was the cup we would have been paying for...not the ice.

I ordered a whopper on the mobile app with no pickle or sauces. Apparently that means no cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes… just patty bun and onions. I just got off a 12 hr shift and just wanted an easy dinner. This location is complete crap. They weren’t busy. The food was barely even warm!

Have eaten here in the past, as well as the BK in Ottumwa, and were happy. But, our visit this week to this restaurant was not a good one. While the service was okay, the food was only warm and very bland. Our bill was just under $25. We were disappointed and will not return to this restaurant.

We were in the drive thru almost 30 mins. But the young lady there did give us a pie for the long wait. That was great customer service.
Manager suggested a meal that included what I wanted and Nuggets at no extra charge. It's nice when Servers do this. The service was fast. I had been across the street at Wendy's Inside service. I waited 15 minutes then gave up & went to Burger King. Immediate service.

I have an allergy to the brine in pickles. I ordered my sandwich like I had numerous times. Well this afternoon I bit into my sandwich and took a bite of a pickle. I'm fine, I was close to my work and got my EpiPen. I understand accidents happen no worries there. But when I called to report it, the general manager kept on pretty much saying it was my fault and when I asked her what she was going to do about it she hung up on me and didn't answer the phone. I drove back and the cowardly manager couldn't even come out to speak to me. A nice lady from the drive thru at least tried to make things right, but that woman cowardly manager shouldn't be working in the public. Such a trashy woman. I would love to speak to an owner about this trash of a manager.
Ordered through DoorDash like I did last time apparently when you order a bunch of fries and onion rings and chicken nuggets, they feel fit to not give you any sauces that you asked for. I mean, come on folks it’s common sense!!!

The food was as expected, but the play room is a little run down and dated. We always stop here on the way back from the tri-state rodeo in fort madison for brunch and the kids like it.
Kid-friendliness: There is a play room but it doesn't have a lot to offer.
