I didn't go inside, I went through the drive thru. They were friendly when taking order, also got my order correct. The food was fresh and hot, burgers were really good and they gave me my order fast. I would definitely return. It was lunch time so I was happy to see they were on it. Good job 👍

On August 3rd....went for lunch and ordered meals for 3 people.....NO problems at all...asked how much a cup of ice costs...they said it would be 2.59 for one. That is totally ridiculous. A soda would be reasonable for that price but not just ice. They said it was the cup we would have been paying for...not the ice.

I ordered a whopper on the mobile app with no pickle or sauces. Apparently that means no cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes… just patty bun and onions. I just got off a 12 hr shift and just wanted an easy dinner. This location is complete crap. They weren’t busy. The food was barely even warm!

Have eaten here in the past, as well as the BK in Ottumwa, and were happy. But, our visit this week to this restaurant was not a good one. While the service was okay, the food was only warm and very bland. Our bill was just under $25. We were disappointed and will not return to this restaurant.
