Glorified concession stand. I would really recommend ordering takeout or eating outside at the picnic tables. It is crowded inside the building. When you first walk in the door to the left is where you pick up your ordered food for takeout. If you walk in a little farther you can order your food from the counter, then sit and enjoy the old photos on the walls while you wait for your number to be called. Quaint hole in the wall... Old fashioned atmosphere. The staff is friendly and try to service fast. You can see what they are doing. The prices are fairly cheap. Food is definitely not disappointing. Maybe it was the hunger but the first bite out of my fried taco my eyes rolled back. The beans and other food items seem like they come from pre-packaged sources (i.e., the refried beans seem like Rosarita brand from a restaurant distributor). They seem popular but it baffles my wife and me as to why. We’ve had MUCH better Mexican fast food.
