I understand its Christmas and it was the only place open so im not upset about the wait time or anything, the only thing I am upset about is I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo for my other half and I got a double bacon grilled cheese. I get being in a rush but accuracy still matters and I despise that I could not be listened to. I should've read the screen but I rarely ever have mishaps with my order at Hardee's. Sadly by the time I would've headed back...
Stephen is the best employee always smiling has good attitude and fast service. He always knows when I come through drive thru that it’s me and what I already want also has it ready when I pull up to pay and very helpful if any question with app
I’m not too happy about this one. I ordered a breakfast homestyle burrito and when I took a bite out of it, it was all sausage. I worked at Hardee’s for 5+ years at another location, I know the sausage is suppose to be tore up by hand (with gloves) or chopped up with a knife then tossed into the mix, but just tossing it into the burrito is lazy.
