I pulled through the drive through around 6pm on a weekday. There were no other cars around. They told me to give them a second. I waited around 10 minutes and I just left. If that’s the service they give I wouldn’t want to eat there anyways.

Bought 3 meals, got home opened all three biscuits was cold & so hard couldn't break them to butter or honey.I called to let them know,said just wanted to let you know should check your biscuits because they was cold & very hard. He told me that's crazy don't know how that could be. After repeating himself 3 x I said well I don't know why but they are. His next comment was, well that's not possible because they came straight out of 185*warmer. I stated well we live about 10 blks not a quarter mile away opened as soon as we walked it so I'm not lieing. He said I didn't call you a lier but it's not possible. He said so what are you wanting to come back get 3 biscuits. I SAID NO WAS JUST ADVISING YOU. YOU PROBABLY WANT TO CHECK THEM. he said right back. I di they fine. I said goodbye !!Not good business to me!

I would not be surprised if within the next 10 years. KFC does not exist if they're going to continue To raise their prices and give less food.
The famous Bowl is now two dollars higher that's smaller and you don't get a cookie.
At some point people will stand up and figure out they should just eat at home.
This location is not a problem. The problem is raising prices on items that were already high.

This is kind of a tough location to get to. Ordering online for pickup isn't too bad, but still having to wait for your order to finish after you've arrived is frustrating. The food tastes very good, from the chicken to the mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and chocolate cake. Maybe it's me, but I feel like they are an expensive option for a meal. We don't tend to eat here very often because of that.
Parking: I park on the west side of the building for pickup. There is almost always a line for the drive-through. Either way you go, it has a wait time.
horrbile customer service!!!!! order online and after 40mins they canceled my order and now I have to wait 3 to 4 business days to get my money back!!! damn building just needs to close their doors of they can't fulfill their orders!!

KFC has been on that corner for as long as I can remember. I'm still a big fan of the original coating I'm still liking extra crispy. They have the best mashed potatoes and gravy I've ever had and the coleslaw is out of this world! Theses are the staples I've gotten through all the years and times I've been to KFC and I'm now 56! Now that's loyalty ?!

We’ve just moved here and ordered on line. Food has always been hot and good. Our order has always been correct. Food is so much better tasting than the KFC’s in KCMO. We liked their Mac n cheese.
