Just stood at the counter for 5 minutes. No employees anywhere. Saw them standing out back when I left.
I got original chicken buckets. The chicken looked like it had been stuff in the fryer and the skin where it was stuck together was soggy and not done. We had to pull the skin off to eat the chicken. :( The sides were good and the service was polite, but not sure Ill be ordering large amounts of chicken from there again. :(

Very disappointed with the service here. There was a very large livestock show nearby, that we were coming from. 18 month old crying in the car and 50 minutes to drive home. 23 minute wait, in the drive thru for our food order…which was a 3 pc chicken meal and 3 chicken tenders. No one offered to comp anything or add anything for a bonus for the 23 minute wait. Most def will not be a return customer.
I had placed an online order around 2pm. Pick up was to be 3pm. Showed up on time. Didn't get my food til 315p. While standing there I watched an employee filling in house an to go orders. While doing so, same employee, places the chicken in the box with tongs then bare handed arranges the chicken in the box. So I simple asked staff if that's my order ur filling I'd appreciate u wear gloves while handling my food. The employee got defensive an States I didn't touch the food an we are not required to wear gloves. Blew my mind. Sorry not sorry but idk when the last time u washed ur hands, used the bathroom etc. Just not ok for me.

Lynette was the kindest person I’ve ever met. Such a sweet heart and didn’t hesitate to help out. She has fantastic customer service and did whatever to make us happy. I’m from out of town here for work but I’d gladly show my face around here if I ever am around, simply for the quality of a person she is, the customer service she provides, and the food quality

First Of All Chuck The Manager Is HORRIBLEEE!!!!!!!!
He was rude over a mistake on their part my sister in law was missing her fries and when we told him that he was rude and started catching an attitude when we literally were just gonna pay for new ones since he said they weren’t on the ticket so we were just gonna pay for new ones and then on my order one of my famous bowls were missing and we did end up getting it and then he handed us our ticket and said bye so we left then come to find out the 1/2 gallon Mountain Dew was missing and we had already called because of how rude they were I got hung up on and then my sister in law called back and explained that it was missing and the rgm basically told us it was our fault stating that “chuck” said he was running back to grab something and we sped off WHICH ISNT TRUE AT ALL.Then My Sister in law asked to have to not speak to “Chuck” and the RGM basically told us that unless we talked to “Chuck” and were respectful that we weren’t getting the pop we paid for we came back through to get our pop We had The Pleasure to Speak to Someone else
I just wanna shout out Miss Genera she handled the situation better then either Chuck or the RGM she was nice kindly asked us to explain what happened she listened and was nice she is the definition of the best customer service me and my sister in law both work in restaurants and we understand the place being busy but he had no right to speak to us the way he did Miss Genera is you see this you deserve a raise and you are the perfect example of the best type of customer service apologizing in your managers behalf is crazy I would understand you as a manager apologizing for staff under you but your under them handled the situation better than either of them and apologized because of them

Manager on duty was great. I had questions regarding a menu item & the manager said there would be no issues. He sent my request back just how I ordered. Unfortunately, whoever prepared it got it wrong!
