Chicken wings are so delicious, I'm so happy with them I was so hungry. Delivery guy was kind enough to have me open the box to make sure the ranch was in there, shows he cares.
Pizza was amazing, I wish I could eat more but too full. I got the family size meal for myself.

Online ordering is a mess. I created an account on their website that doesn't even work properly, no information saved, did not save the order information completed or pending. They messed up our delivery address because the phone number linked to a different address despite putting in the accurate address AND mentioning the location in the delivery instructions. Then the food arrived late and cold then I realized the order was incomplete and when I called the employee was rude and clearly unorganized to their janky computer system. If I could have given zero stars I would have, very dissappointing. Glad people enjoy the dine-in experience here but I would not order online.

We went to Mazzios for dinner tonight- one other couple was there. We ordered wings, bread, pasta & salads. Bread and pasta came out after about 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later I was asked if I had gotten my food (wings) - no. I said if they hadn't been cooked please cancel. I went up to the counter and finally got my wings & a to go box since my husband was finished eating. I was told- we got swamped- sorry. There was a least 4 people behind the counter & no one else came in. I typically like Mazzios but this is unacceptable- I took my wings home & will eat them tomorrow- as it was way past dinner time by time we drove the 30 minutes home. Customer service - 0! I feel they should have made my wait (& what I think was a forgotten order right). The wait was not worth it & there was no one else eating.

Great food, came out hot and ready but this aint little ceaser so dont get it twisted. Burnt my taste buds but didn't mind because the amazing taste of the food made up for it. Staff was nice and friendly, shoutout to the cook for being that guy. Would come back again possibly, kinda far from my house but foods worth it. W place lowkey

Great restaurant. They have a sublime lunch and dinner menus. Their food is phenomenal. It is a tremendous restaurant and location. Southern Justin is a great employee at Mazzio's.
