The chicken and salad bar were very good. It's about the most awful pizza I've tried. Given it several chances at multiple locations. The chicken definitely is the saving grace and gets 3 stars from me.

The gluten-free pizza here is delicious and has amazing fluffy crust! The buffet is also incredible with so many choices, like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese! There were several desserts to choose from, and the cookies were so warm and soft!

I was so disappointed going into pizza ranch in burlington with my husband today . It seems that there was construction done recently and it was not cleaned up afterwards. The napkin dispensers , ledge of wall , walls themselves, and chairs were coated with construction dust. There was food build up in between the wood frames of bench and cushion seats . The floor was covered in a mix of food and construction dust . We came in around noon so it clearly was not from the same day . I actually had to stop eating because I was grossed out at the cleanliness of the restaurant. As far as the food , none of the pizza on the buffet was warm at all. I actually love all previous Pizza Ranches I have been to ,( this was our first time at this location) but I will not be returning to the Burlington location .

We visited Pizza Ranch on Monday, February 24, 2025. The buffet had chicken, and after eating it, I unfortunately fell ill with food poisoning. Despite being frequent customers, we’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of food. The restaurant always appears unclean, which is a major deterrent. On that particular day, my daughter’s school was hosting a special event, so we decided to dine there in support of the school. This was a grave mistake, and I will never return to Pizza Ranch.
I am never disappointed at Pizza Ranch. The staff is courteous and helpful, the food is wonderful, the buffet is kept full, and the empty plates are removed from the table in a timely manner.
Employees wry friendly and polite. Plenty of options on the buffet.
