We visited Pizza Ranch on Monday, February 24, 2025. The buffet had chicken, and after eating it, I unfortunately fell ill with food poisoning. Despite being frequent customers, we’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of food. The restaurant always appears unclean, which is a major deterrent. On that particular day, my daughter’s school was hosting a special event, so we decided to dine there in support of the school. This was a grave mistake, and I will never return to Pizza Ranch.

We waited at the counter to pay for about 10 minutes. Employees were clearing tables but never acknowledged us.
I am never disappointed at Pizza Ranch. The staff is courteous and helpful, the food is wonderful, the buffet is kept full, and the empty plates are removed from the table in a timely manner.
One soft drink machine was broken, and the other was out of coke. Ran low on Pizza. We were there during a rush.

In today's world it's hard to find such a well oiled machine. Great service from door to door. The tables and buffet area kept spotless. Fresh food coming to the buffet in a timely manner. The employees all polite and professional. The general manager on the floor leading the ship. This is the standard for what many should strive for. Highly recommend stopping in today!!!

I loved the atmosphere with the old ranch style decor. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was hot and delicious. I loved that they had 2 different types of salad. The chicken was tender and juicy. I definitely recommend this place.
