I was in this location early and as I was in there getting food as customers are in there. There was a worker wears glasses she’s a sandwich maker. And she was just cussing up a storm in there at this other worker would not stop. For this type of service she should not be there working talking like that not caring if customers where in there it’s like she always has a problem when I am in there

If I could give 0 stars for friendliness and service I would. Cashier was downright nasty and a completely horrible person to deal with. I walked in to get my pickup order and she started arguing with me saying the order was not placed correctly etc etc. She raised her voice and then as I walked out the door began talking to her coworkers about how I was in the wrong WHILE other customers were standing around!! This lady should not be working with customers AT all. She is rude and condescending for no reason and wants to pick a fight for no reason.

Food got messed up 4x, messed the up a bacon double stack and didnt even add the bacon! Got here so hungry from over an hour drive starving and pregnant and couldnt of had any worse of service !! Although Our Plain cheeseburger got bacon ! Asked people for a replacement got rude looks and got a plain burger back ! Went and asked for a piece of cheese for the plain hamburger to make it a cheeseburger and got even worse looks! They also over charged the lady in front of me over 6 bucks and forgot her chili and fries! How??? Seems like their drive and delivery services have better luck! They were served super quick as I waited in line for 15 minutes behind 2 people ! Worst place to eat in Burlington Iowa! Can't wait for the new Chick fil a to be here ! Wendy's here is a waste of time and money!
Lobby is always closing 2-3 hours early because “they don’t have enough people” it’s been like this for months now, if this is a reoccurring issue than just close the building all together until you can afford the proper amount of employees.
