Terrible dine in experience. Burgers were sat on tray for ten minutes before the rest was brought out. Not only were burgers cold but had more mayo and mustard then meat. No lettuce. Soda machine was spitting out flat soda. Atmosphere was just as bad everyone looked like they straight hate their jobs. After being asked over and over about our order and dipping sauce they still forgot our dipping sauce and fouled up our order

Order modifications or substitutes seem to be an issue - Specifically, asking for my bacon to be cooked longer caused confusion. Staff had at least a 5-minute conversation, loud enough to be heard throughout the entire restaurant, on whether they could do this this. Food was just fine and clerk was friendly - only issue is concern on training and handling of customer order modifications.

2025: dine in long wait for single register, received 8 of 10 items ordered ( receive 80% of your food), have to beg for ketchup and can only get 1 per complete meal, smaller serving sizes and higher price than other fast food places, only had small size cups for which they charge the medium price. Will not return.

The sausage egg muffins made at this location were made incorrectly. They were placed on hamburger buns, not muffins, were missing cheese, and had mayonnaise on them. The potato wedges and iced coffee were normal and tasted good.
