The sausage egg muffins made at this location were made incorrectly. They were placed on hamburger buns, not muffins, were missing cheese, and had mayonnaise on them. The potato wedges and iced coffee were normal and tasted good.

We pulled in walked up to the door that said lobby opened till 10pm. The door was locked. 4 other vehicles left as we was walking back to our vehicle. Went to the drive thru, was told lobby was closed due to short staffing. I got news for all these fast food restaurants that are filling bankruptcy. Your staff needs to understand as long as you have a cook and a cashier there is no reason for your lobby to be closed. Tell your staff to suck it up and put the cell phones away. Arby's down the road got our service and the $40 we spent they appreciated our business when your store didn't

We went through the drive thru and ordered a parmesan Caesar salad, a baked potato, 2 hamburgers with just ketchup, 1 fry, and 2 drinks. Someone came to the window after 5 minutes and gave us cold fries, then they had an attitude and tried to ignore us, so my grandmother had to repeat herself twice. There is literally a sign right on the window that says to check your fries before you drive, they are guaranteed to be hot and fresh. Our fries were cold, not lukewarm COLD. Then they forgot our salad, which was fine but the entire time they had a bad attitude, the one girl was glaring at us after that. They gave us the wrong salad as well. When we got home both burgers not only had cheese on them, they had extra cheese. We didn’t get any straws nor utensils. It was just all around gross and might as well thrown my money out the window. It was disappointing and disgusting. We will never be back.

I got a large biggie bag meal and they were out of cups so I got a medium cup. I ordered ghost pepper ranch and didn’t receive that either. I got no money back for this.

saltless room temp fries, hot delicious burger, do they not get stars for frostys? it's hard to enjoy the frosty while you're driving when all I have is a spoon.. also the shinkflation is insaneeeee

I was in this location early and as I was in there getting food as customers are in there. There was a worker wears glasses she’s a sandwich maker. And she was just cussing up a storm in there at this other worker would not stop. For this type of service she should not be there working talking like that not caring if customers where in there it’s like she always has a problem when I am in there
