I like to stop here every so often and get a roast beef sandwich. The workers are always nice and enjoyed the food. Not a fan of the curly fries.

There were 2 people behind the counter. No one acknowledged me when I came to the register. I understand they were busy filling on line orders, but that is no excuse for rudeness. Both people had surly looks on their faces and were barely civil. I wanted to try “The Gobble” . It was cold and on two onion stings. I will not be stopping at that location again.

Food review - new cheesesteak sandwich = horrible. Meat was chewy and seemed grisly. too much cheese (or not the correct cheese for a cheese steak), peppers and onions had no flavor at all. Basically the worst sandwich I've had at Arbys.
Service - i asked if the sandwich was cut in half. Response was: no cuz there is onions and peppers on it. Huh? What difference does that make. Was a little confused with her response.
Atmosphere - tables were dirty, no ketchup in dispenser (not the first time for that issue)
I'll stick with roast beef sandwiches from now on.

I door dashed for a customer. When I got there to pick up the order there was absolutely no one in there and food still haven’t been started. Lady in the back was listening to loud music dancing. TOUCHING THE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES. That’s just nasty. Nothing but lazy people working there. Soda counter was dirty, floor was sticky, and no fresh anything coming out. There definitely need new staff!

Food was fantastic, and the ordering experience with the one taking orders was really nice. However, a couple employees were a little unprofessional meaning one of the workers was in a bad mood and had a conversation with who I thought was a member of management at the counter while another employee was taking our order. The floor also felt sticky walking anywhere not covered by rugs from either not enough floor cleaning or too much soap was used.
I do want to give credit to the employee who took our order as she was professional and got our order set on the tray in a timely fashion.

Food is great. Low staffed. Big white lady that works there seems to constantly be bad mouthing, yelling, and cursing at her co workers for everyone to hear on a busy night. Doesnt call out your order, just places it on the counter for you to see if its yours. Was nice to me tho.lol

However, as with most fast food restaurants, the restrooms need more attention to cleanliness.

We went when they had opened recently, and no one else was there. The workers were friendly, but when I got my food and left it turned out they got my entire order wrong. I ordered a beef and cheddar and got a plain roast beef (just meat and bread), and curly fries when i ordered crinkle... Given we were the only customers in the drive-thru thru and they didn't have anyone in the dining room I am unsure how they had issues with accuracy.
They have the best burgers ever!
