“Food has been great and the servers are awesome“

“Good food, very poor service for the last 4 or 5 visits. Today’s visit August 6th we were seated and there were approximately 7 tables with 2-5 people. Pretty slow for a Saturday at approximately 11:45 am. We were seated after a minimal wait. Then it took 7 or so minutes to be approached by wait staff. I had to ask a busboy to get a a wait person. Jose waited our table and took our drink orders and never checked back on us. I had to get up to go get the Tabasco while four staff stood around the back register watching me waive. As we were finishing up the employee Jose came to as if we were done! Check #5992 My fiancé couldn’t get a water refill until I waived my arm in the air with her empty glass, that got some attention. The hash browns were perfectly cooked but cold. The food presentation was impeccable. The restaurant appeared clean but your shoes stuck to the floor and made sticky noises. We come here often because of good food but are really tired of the lousy service.“

“Treated myself to the Sirloin Steak Entre, and it was surprisingly delicious! I did order medium rare and what I got was very rare but it was easy enough for me to take care of that at home. Better underdone than overdone. The steak was exceptionally tender and juicy, and exactly what I was craving. I topped my meal off with a piece of there
Lemon pie that has like a cream cheese filling in it.... DELICIOUS!! This village inn is always my go to when I just don't want to cook, and they have never disappointed! Staff is always amazing. I highly recommend it!“
