“This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks we have been to Chad's Pizza. This is the absolute best Pizza & food in the Cedar Valley area. Alex answered the phone & took our take out order. We ordered or favorites, a Chad's Special & Crab Rangoon Pizzas. I went to order the Barrel Tots as an appetizer but the we out. I also asked if we could get a gallon of lemonade he said no proble. I drove 30 minutes from Jesup Iowa to pick up or order. When I got there, Alex had the order ready. Since they were out of the Tots Appetizer, Alex sent us home with their Broasted Chicken. It was Amazing just like the pizzas. Alex as had a gallon of lemonade as well that he went down to Kwik Star & got for us! That is True customer service. Going above & beyond for us. He also let me borrow a Pizza Bag to take everything home so it stayed hot & fresh. Our hats are off to Chad's Pizza & especially Alex for the most Amazing service & the Absolute BEST food! We will go no place else ever for Pizza & Appetizers. Alex, Thanks Very Much for all you do for us & Chad's Pizza!! The quality of the food defies human comprehension. We owe it all to this man, Jonathan. Jonathan is Atlas and this Dominos is the Earth. I feel the Lord's presence in this Dominos tonight. The parmesan bread bites were crisp on the outside but so so so soft in the center. The perfect temperature to be warm, but not to scald the mouth. The medium sized cheese pizza was incredibly made. The proportions of the pizza were made so expertly and accurately that in each bite, it was the perfect amount of each ingredient. Joel was also there.
