Outstanding service!! The other night I placed an order, I made a mistake and ordered carryout for the waterloo location, I meant it to be at the Cedar Falls location. When I arrived, first of all I was greeted so kindly and prompt, then after realizing what I did, the gentleman working the counter fixed my error and my order was ready in 10 minutes. I use to really like Papa Johns. I guess it's still ok a little better than Little Caesar's and Pizza Hut I suppose. I like pizza but seems like many of these fast food type pizza places are all mediocre at best and for the same price you could get a tastier za. Oh, well maybe I'm just getting old and i want something more than a pizza that fills ya up.

i love the food and i order quite often, but 3 times in a row now they’ve forgotten the extra garlic sauce that i PAID for so it’s a little upsetting especially when i order delivery and i won’t eat the pizza without it. otherwise, delivery is super quick, foods always almost too hot for me to eat when i get it so that’s awesome, and the delivery drivers are generally super nice. but please stop forgetting my sauce ??
