Absolutely wonderful meal - our compliments to the chef! My husband had the four course tasting and loved it! I had the Iowa chop entree which was excellent. Highly recommend it if you're in downtown Cedar Falls.

Cedar Falls is keeping a secret. It was hard to find as it sits inside Second State Brewery. Bonus! You can order a great beer with food. We ordered the chef special 4 course with a request for vegetarian - what a delight & delicious! Tantalize your palette with what the chef is currently working on. The sauces were a treat for the tongue. The combination of vegetables, starches, and even fruits were surprisingly perfectly matched. A rare find to indulge in healthy food at a bar.

Clint does such an amazing job with every dish!! We love that we get to try something new with every visit. We had the secret menu Labneh dip with Pita bread and the Cajun Mac & Cheese. The Lamb Poutine (not pictured) was fantastic too. Different than your usual pub, and more savory too! 🤤 We appreciate the fresh flavors and healthier options when going out to eat. Obsessed is an understatement. My partner and I are HUGE fans of Concept Kitchen. We have to share every plate we order because everything on the menu is incredible. We love the rotating menu and the owners are very friendly & check in on their guests frequently. You can tell there is a lot of thought, precision, and pure craftsmanship behind every ingredient. If you’re a foodie and looking for an experience, this is the place to go in the Cedar Valley!

Absolutely amazing food! Tried the crab rice, ramen, green chili Mac and cheese and Cajun shrimp tacos! Every dish was spot on!!!! Can’t say enough good things about our experience! If you haven’t tried this place you are really missing out!

Clint and Jennifer are absolute rockstars! I've been lucky enough to have their food at Second State as well as have them cater my wedding and I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. We knew the food for our wedding was important, and we didn't want the typical wedding fare, plus we had a number of dietary restrictions to work around. Clint and Jenn were able to come up with something memorable and delicious that fit all of our needs and really felt personal and was loved by our 270 some guests. They're not only really passionate about their food, but really committed to using locally sourced ingredients presented in ways you won't everyday in northeast Iowa. Not only are they spectacular chefs, but they're really lovely people as well, they were completely down to earth and put a lot of thought into our event and communication with us. They were able to answer all of my questions ahead of time and day of was really seamless. Whether you're looking for a good bite in downtown Cedar Falls, or catering that will be sure to stand out from the crowd and really make your event stand out, Concept Kitchen is 100% the way to go. We cannot thank them enough!
