We don't eat at Culver's very offen because it is pricey. It was a nice change from our usual fast food stops.

Yesterday I was gonna eat here, we waited for 10 minutes without being greeted (others had already placed their orders and the people at the registers were just staring at us and I even tried to wave to see if they were ready for us) so we walked out. Today we went through the drive through. I ordered a mushroom Swiss double. It was burnt. Not charred or seared, but burnt to the point it hurt my teeth. They also forgot the burger sleeve leading to cardboard fusing with the cheese, and they forgot the mushrooms. Not the first time this has happened here but it will be my last time going here.

Culver's has good food and a wide selection of options. In additon to burgers and chicken I like the fish sandwiches-they are made with a thick filet. Frozen custard is a richer form of ice cream and they have a flavor of the day if don't know know what you want. Friendly staff. Food cooked to order.

Stood in line for 5-minutes with 5 workers behind the counter, including the manager, standing around. New family walked in and immediately a new cashier came up and served this new family ahead of me. No acknowledgment or situational awareness around customer service. Left and vowed never to go this Culver’s again. Horrible customer service.

We ordered food and after receiving it, my significant other bit into his burger and a long strand of hair came out of it. this is disgusting and they need to ensure their employees are wearing hair nets properly so this doesn’t happen again.

I went through drive-thru around noon 12:00 p.m. food was hot it's just my chicken crisp the new one just wasn't cooked in the middle The boys chicken fingers was cook well done and my wife's shrimp was cook well done just that new chicken crisp wasn't cook well done The guy that drive-thru forgot cup holders or even to offer me cup holders with ice cream and two drinks I had to request a cup holder. The ice cream was melting before even drove off with my food it wasn't really frozen or cluster like the one in Waterloo the Waterloo location is better on the ice cream .
