I went there a month ago and the girl that was serving me spilled shake all over my truck. When she brought back a second shake not only was it the wrong kind of was dripping with ice creme all over the side of it. The waitress was very unapologetic. When asked to get the manager she brought out one of her co workers who told me not to be upset. Not only is the ice cream like soup the service sucks.

Sloooooooooooooooooooooow. I've had faster service in developmening countries. This must be a sad joke. Right? Riiiight?
We had a large order earlier this month, and had ordered an extra cheese curd. We drove away without checking our food, got home and found out that we were missing our extra cheese curd. We called it in and they said they would mail us a coupon. We came in two weeks later after not receiving the coupon and they said there was nothing they could do.
I would recommend anyone ordering here check their bag before leaving. Everyone was very polite but at the end of the day, if you don’t compensate someone for something they paid money for it’s going to leave a bad impression. Especially with how much Culver’s charges for their food items.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the strawberry fields salad, which I've ordered before. This time the chicken was over grilled, making it tough to chew. I'm a bit disappointed this round.
Online ordering could be better, but good food at decent prices
Fries are what McDonald's used to be. Floppy.not DRY. I've choked on MDs
The drive through was busy and the wait was long. But they were friendly and the food was great.

Too busy and loud, crowded. The traffic was wrapped around and even impeded traffic. Super slow. Still a step or 2 above McDonalds.
Parking: Not enough room to maneuver around and can easily get blocked in by the line for drive through.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and ice cream.
