Always a gamble between great service despite being out of just about half the menu or horrible service from a kid who clearly just wants you out of the line and serves you cold food and can't figure out what you're asking for. Every other visit I get some sort of confusion over my mobile order, do they not train staff beyond coffee?

I came to dunkin at 10 am hoping to get a peppermint mocha but they were out of peppermint and this is only where it begins, I then asked for a breakfast sandwich and they said they would sold out of the sandwich and then I asked for a sourdough breakfast bacon sandwich but they were somehow sold out of bacon….i then asked to just cancel my order because they were somehow sold out of everything by 10 am. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional that they were already sold out by 10 am or we’re to lazy to make more bacon.

I love the products they serve here and the affordability in cost. However, the customer service sucks. They never put napkins in the bag, and when you order inside, they call you up for one item at a time. I think it would be more efficient to call you up once your order is completed instead of going back and forth from your table. I started using the mobile app, and that seems to eliminate that problem; it's usually ready when I get there. Unfortunately, today, I just walked in and ordered at the counter. Waited 5-10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. After I ordered, I completely forgot about scanning the app and never got my discount. Needless to say, I am unsatisfied with my visit. Might consider switching coffee joints.
P.S. make the door more accessible. I struggle opening it, i can imagine how this would be for someone weaker than myself.

How are you out of almost every kind of donut at 11 on a Saturday?? Its not like you bake them fresh!
I am not surprised by the recent terrible reviews as it definitely shows. I ordered online for drive through pick up and had a family member pick up the order since she was going as well.
She ended up going inside for her order because the drive through line was very long. When asked for my order she was told for over an hour that it wasn't ready. I called three times and the phone wasn't answered until the 3rd time.
On the phone they stated there was confusion finding the order since it was listed as online...an hour.
I contacted customer service for a refund and was told by the District Manger James that he will only refund the "food and drinks that were compromised" and that there was "mutual blame" that they couldn't find the order. Additionally, I could only receive a partial refund if I went into the store, even though it was an online order.
No wonder this Dunkin has continuously received terrible reviews, leadership says a lot.

I normally don't write reviews... But I'm really irritated by my order I made this morning. I usually get everything just fine, there's no issues at all. Well, I get my donuts... Absolutely NONE of them are correct or how they should be. I ordered 1 double chocolate, 1 glazed, 1 powdered, and 1 classic chocolate frosting. I look in the bag, I get a Boston creme, 2 chocolate donuts with no frosting, and 1 plain sugary donut with no glaze? I have no idea what it is. It's ridiculous, how do you screw up that bad?? I don't think I'll be ordering again anytime soon.

This place as a long history of not getting orders, correct or missing them completely. This is the third time in a row.Now we have had issues with a to go order. I would encourage others to find another local coffee shop.

The person who served me appeared to have a huge stuck-up attitude like she was better than me. There was a definite negative vibe about her the entire time. She was very rude and served me the wrong kind of coffee due to her assumption of what I would order or what she felt like giving me at the time rather than what I actually wanted to order. She didn't care to ask me any questions to follow-up on my order to clarify what I wanted. The negative customer service vibe or lack of customer service thereof, along with the fact that a full 4 hours before they closed they had only about 25 total donuts left (aka no choice in donuts even though that's their purported thing and so many hours left before they closed) left a very bad customer impression. What could be a nice little donut and coffee stop was an emotional negative that I certainly could have done without and that I know for sure I didn't deserve. I will not be going back to this location, ever. If you want to only be a coffee shop, be a coffee shop. However, you should decide if you want to still serve donuts or not. At this point, the place is just a coffee shop with a bad assortment of other types of food and only occassionally an assortment of donuts sprinkled with really bad customer service. Why? Being lazy? Being Miserly? Arrogant? All of the above? On a corporate level, they need to rethink their bad marketing decision to take the donuts off of their name. Plus, hate, hate, hate the cheap cardbord cups. Give us a decent cup for God's sake. It's not a soup kitchen or a vending machine. The cup thing is depressing in and of itself. This is not the Dunkin Donuts of yesteryear, for sure, and for the worse. You can still be environmentally friendly and economical with a nicer cup. Obviously, this visit left such a negative impression that I felt compelled to rant. Avoid this place if at all possible. Life's too short.
Parking: It is available but awkward and sparse. This place was designed for the drive-through only.
