I’ve been coming here for over 7yrs and haven’t had any major problems until today. I ordered a chicken and brisket combo with an order of wings. Everything was fine except my brisket. I couldn’t believe what saw in my box once I got home. They literally placed 3 pieces of brisket fat on a slice of bread. It appeared as if someone trimmed off fat and placed that on bread and sold it to me. I was so upset that I just threw it away before I decided to take a picture or call the store to complain. You normally don’t get that much brisket in a combo in the first place, but to get 100% fat and absolutely not meat is insane. I hope this never happens again to me or anyone else. I’ll be inspecting my box before leaving from now on.

This was the worst brisket I've ever had in my life. GARBAGE! Nothing was good except the cleaning wipes they give.

Always friendly and helpful. Checked several times to see if we needed anything. Our last visit the gal even ran out to our car with my forgotten sunglasses!!! Above and beyond!!

We were at famous Dave's today. The food was very good. Only complaint was that the restroom was dirty. You touch the door handles and they were very sticky.

Haven't been in awhile, did an online order and it was super fast and easy. They have their own entrance for online orders and the customers in front of me were regulars they greeted by name. That's how you know they are doing something good!
