I have tried the gluten free donuts five times. Three times were very good, but twice I had gluten reactions. If you are very allergic to gluten do NOT eat them.

Just stood at front of the counter for 3 minutes staring at the kid behind the counter on his phone before he eventually looked up and saw me, no sorry or anything. I still don’t think he even knew I was there

These folks say they are open 24 hours a day, and this was going to be my first time ever going to Hurts Donuts in Cedar Falls Iowa, and when I arrived, they were closed. It had snowed a little bit today, but I had no problem getting here through the one or two feet of snow, and I was really looking forward to these supposedly great Donuts, which I have never tasted. So I called and the gentleman that answered said that they had gotten too much snow and decided to close early, and when I brought up the fact that they say that they're open 24 hours, he said sorry bud we open at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. So screw these people, they lost a family of customers, before even serving us, all because of a little bit of snow.

They went above and beyond what they needed to. & I think that speaks volumes to their character as a business, they look at their customers as people & not dollar signs. I come for the donuts but I stay because they care. & the quality from start to finish shows. 10/10. Thank you for make a rough morning better. ♥️

First time visit late on Sat night. Wasn't the best time.to visit. It was packed with a young crowd hanging out and almost nothing left in the cases.
The young lady working the counter offered amazing customer service.
We got only 1/2 dozen 3 chocolate icing topped and 3 glazed blueberry cake.
The blueberry looked like cake but didn't have the typical cake doughnut texture. Much softer. Less dense. And amazing flavor.
Extremely happy to have found this place and to soon become a loyal repeat customer.
Definitely worth checking this place out for a doughnut fix or sweet tooth fix.
