These folks say they are open 24 hours a day, and this was going to be my first time ever going to Hurts Donuts in Cedar Falls Iowa, and when I arrived, they were closed. It had snowed a little bit today, but I had no problem getting here through the one or two feet of snow, and I was really looking forward to these supposedly great Donuts, which I have never tasted. So I called and the gentleman that answered said that they had gotten too much snow and decided to close early, and when I brought up the fact that they say that they're open 24 hours, he said sorry bud we open at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. So screw these people, they lost a family of customers, before even serving us, all because of a little bit of snow.

I was having a rough day, and ordered delivery. They went above and beyond what they needed to. & I think that speaks volumes to their character as a business, they look at their customers as people & not dollar signs. I come for the donuts but I stay because they care. & the quality from start to finish shows. 10/10. Thank you for make a rough morning better. ♥️

Friendly staff, good donuts, and fun atmosphere. My only wish, and it's not a complaint, is that they had more whipped cream-filled donuts. The staff will usually fill a donut with whipped cream if I ask though. It's a must-visit when I come back home.

Best Donuts you can find. You can walk in at midnight or 2am for a donut, refreshers,coffees,and water.

The donuts were some of the best I've ever had. And idk why people are complaining about prices?? Up in Minneapolis they'd be $5-$6 a piece. My favorite was definitely the strudel one. Wish I had gotten more. Staff was SO friendly and helpful too.
