Wish I could give them a 1 star review.
Samantha M. was rude, very disrespectful and incompetent. My partner was calm and polite and he pointed out that are over easy eggs were undercooked and they were very slimy and looked like they just came out of the shell. Samantha laughed at us, called us liars. Said we were uneducated as she had been there for 17 years with GM experience and said “that is the standard practice for over easy eggs.”
When we try telling her we were concerned about getting sick with salmonella from the eggs and we didn’t feel safe eating it. She got angry and got her manager. The manager was understanding and said we were correct. I am highly contemplating calling the health inspector as I don’t someone to get sick because of food safety issues. I don’t plan on coming back to this restaurant until the cooks are retrain on food safety and have the proper certifications. Along with the wait staff getting training on food safety, proper waiting delicacy, and learning how to be professional along with keeping their attitudes in check when a customer is trying to share their concerns and problems with their food. Especially SAMANTHA M.!

Stopped in on a Friday evening. Was greeted by 2 young men with smiles. Blazyn was our waiter. (I didn't get the other gentleman's name unfortunately) Blazyn was Very courteous, friendly and prompt! Top notch service. Our food, (breakfast meals) came out fresh, hot and looked appealing. Quite a change from the average restaurants we frequent. I wish there were more like these two! Will be back again.

Nice decor for this store. Went early afternoon Monday wasn't busy about 15 people in the restaurant. Food was ok , service was great as well . Sever came to the table many times . Wish the Waterloo store was still open .

It was good for an Ihop. Nothing bad, nothing awesome, just a regular expected Ihop visit. Our server was busy, and the food was right.

Visited 6pm Sun eve by myself. Host seated me immediately but Iit took 20 mins to be waited on and that was only because I got up from my table and walked over to find somebody to ask to be waited on. Waiter was young, no personality and made me feel I was a bother .... hmmmm, I am a paying customer. Oh well, finally finishing my order, it took another 20 mins to get my food. By this time I had been in the restaurant 40 mins before I was able to eat. I eat slow and enjoy the food while I'm checking my emails. I was halfway thru when waiter put check on my table... he said no rush paying... well 10 mins later he came back asking if there's anything else I needed and I said no but thanks. I continued eating although felt rushed. Went to pay and stood there forever, had to go back to kitchen to let them know there were people out there who want to pay their bill. Afford another 5 mins, finally paid in cash and he was expecting the $20 bill to include his tip!! I told him no, the $4.50 is the change you owe me, your tip is on the table! I tip according to how well I'm treated when I dine out and this was horrible. HIRE MORE STAFF AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE HAPPY TO SEE THEIR CUSTOMERS

We had to wait 15 min to be seated, then waited to be waited on, even though there was maybe 10 customers. Bacon was burnt beyond edible.
