Jersey Mike's Subs

Only picked up sandwiches here. The food is good. A nice variety from subway and Jimmie Johns, but still has that corporate flavor that you expect out of chain restaurants. A bit over priced.

We got 2 subs on the way though town to clear lake for football. A couple hours after eating we both felt sick. I suspect the ice machine was not cleaned properly. My iced tea tasted like cleaner and the Pepsi Zero was the same.

The Subs are great, but I will not be back. 3 people in front of me in line. 22 mins and I did not have my cold sub, I had a work meeting and couldn’t wait any longer and had to walk out, I swear the employees are in slow motion.

HUGE line!! It maybe only took us ten minutes!!! You guys rock. I would’ve been freaking out back there.

The manager on duty at 3pm on 8/9/25 is horrible to his staff. It was so uncomfortable being in there. I felt horrible for the staff. They were walking on eggshells. To the staff today that worked. You all did a great job from talking with us to taking care of our sandwiches. You all had such great customer service skills. To the guy who made the Sandwiches that your manager made a seen and threw it in the trash. I'm truly sorry for that. No manager belittle team members in front of other staff or customers

I ordered through doordash today. It's my birthday, and I really REALLY wanted a nice hot sub. However, upon opening my wrapper, my bread was soaked and leaking juice all over. It's DRENCHED (literally) in hot honey and something else that I can't quite identify. I've ordered from here before, and this is the first time I've been genuinely disappointed in the state of my food. I'm not sure if it's just who's working or a busy time, but there's been a noticeable drop in quality and I likely won't continue to order food from here if it's like this the next time.

Employees don’t pay attention to what’s going on, I asked for extra mayo 3 times and I asked for American cheese twice and they just made the sandwich with Swiss cheese I said something once more and they finally said we don’t have any other kind of cheese. guy was to busy talking about mental music, girl that was bagging sandwich was rude not paying attention. Not very friendly. Subway is honestly better.

A 'basic' version of Subway they have a few sandwich options with just the basic toppings or get it the Mike's Way, which is I think, lettuce tomato onion mayonnaise vinegar and oil and their secret seasoning. It was good, a bit pricey for a sub, but good.

There was an error through the app and I never received my order. I reached out to the cedar falls store and one of the owners reached out to me with apologies followed by free sub vouchers. The best part was the hand written card with the vouchers.

Service is slow, some employees could use training on people skills, was standing there waiting to order while the employee stood at the end of the counter talking to his friends.
