The music was much louder than usual- so much so that the aloof employee behind the counter heard our order wrong. Spouse’s sandwich was completely different to what he ordered. Mine was very poorly made, and no way our bread had been baked that day. Very difficult to speak at our table due to the unusual music volume. Not our first poor experience here, so it will be our last.

I accidentally had condiments on my son’s sandwich for pickup order. When they found out my error, they said we’ll make you another. There was no question about making a new one. They were very helpful and kind about it and my son had something to eat after a day of soccer games. We will be back to that location!! Cannot thank you enough.

Food was as usual. However, the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. When we were ordering my 4 yr old daughter waved at the lady cashier with red hair and said hi. The lady cashier just stood there with a gloom look on her face and looked at her then looked away. This lady should have zero contact with the public. I ordered a sandwich just minus the tomatoes.... They minused everything but the meat ?

Ordered a Slim #5 and wasn't allowed to get oil which is labeled under "freebies". Was told they'd have to charge me for a normal #5. No where on the menu does the freebies say it doesn't apply to slims. Also, when ordering your asked if you'd like to tip. Since when do you tip before receiving a service....? Service was quick today so that's why I'm giving them 3 and not 2 stars.

I usually am a big fan of Jimmy John's food and service, but when I tried to order through the drive thur window today they didn't even take my order they just kept asking me "what sandwich" over and over again after I told them my order three times. I was very disspointed with my experience and decided to not even place an order and spend my money at anouther local restaurant drive thur instead.

I placed an order for drive-thru pickup through the app on my phone at around 9pm on sunday 6/2/2024 , when I left my house about 10 mins away hoping it'd be ready by the time I got there. I ordered 2 sandwiches, pesto pasta salad, and a confetti cookie sandwich because I hadn't eaten all day. When I got to viking Plaza I still didn't have a notification that my order was ready so I parked by michaels to wait. While sitting there in view of Jimmy Johns, one car went through the drive-thru, ordered and got their food. Then 10 minutes later, over 20 mins after I placed my order, I finally get the notification that my food is ready. So I pulled into the drive-thru and picked up my order, not realizing til I got home that I didn't even get the confetti cookie sandwich i paid for. And to top it all off, I even gave a preemtive 20% tip when I ordered, just to be nice, and my food wasn't "freaky fast" or even complete. Really disappointed because I work in foodservice and it's not like they were busy with a bunch of other customers, and i placed my order an hour before close so they shouldnt have had everything wrapped up/put away already. Almost $30 to wait for 20+ mins for 2 sandwiches, 5 bites of pasta salad, and a missing cookie sandwich on a slow night, an hour before close, is rediculous.

Great place to grab a sandwich.This location seems to be very busy compared to some of the others in the area especially during the noon hour. That’s the only reason why I knocked them a little on service as sometimes when ordering in-person I have to wait for online orders to be made before getting my sandwich. No complaints though as it’s a Jimmy John’s in the end and they’re all good.

Holy buckets this place ROCKS! The delivery drivers...Brayden, Brody, Christian, and Eva are always so kind and so speedy! We typically see them multiple times a day and we love it! Also, we recently had an interraction with Ben and he helped me re-do a large order and was SO helpful! Thank you JJ Viking for absolutely killing the sandwich game! Subway ain't got nothin' on you!
