The service was bad the employees didn’t pay attention the just were jamming out hearing music and they didn’t even give me or my family plates but they gave the other family plates and they gave us small containers and the employee was mad because we asked for plates and the other employee was on the phone I really didn’t appreciate that service.

My wife went here for chicken. The gal behind the counter was slow. Inattentive, aggressive, and nasty. She asked my wife WHAT YOU LOOKINAT? Then claimed she was talking to her manager, not her. Then she claimed she was the manager. All the while they were delivering orders out the drive in window and inside people are there left standing for long periods of time. My wife said she wanted her money back and WALLA heard here's your chicken. She called the company and got the normal we'll see what we can do. As a final slap in the face we were shorted a piece of chicken. Must be DEI hires. I would avoid the place and co somewhere else. NOW 2 DAYS LATER THE EIFE WAS CALLED AND SAID THE WORKER WAS FIRED AND GIVEN AN 8 PIECE DINNER WITH SIDES. So I guess it worked to complain. Not just reviews but get the phone number and complain. KFC is good chicken when cooked and sold by employees that give the service THEY EXPECT!!!

An update about my wife's experience: she contacted KFC and was told they would look into it. It seems the manager was in the hospital when this happened. She talked to another worker that confirmed my wife's experience to her. She called my wife and said she had fired the nasty aggressive woman. She invited my wife to come and check that out at anytime, and offered an 8 piece meal for free. So I would say complain. Management can't fix what they don't know about. Also as a funny add on the employee had smart assed my wife asking her what she was going to do about it. She told her she'd know soon.

Went last night after work. Went through the drive through, which said the drive thru closes at 10pm.... I arrived at 910pm. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I then called the business number and stated I'm sitting at the drive thru waiting to be serviced. The male who answered responded WE'RE CLOSED. The website, the door, and drive thru said otherwise. All these low ratings for service and food quality....why is this place still open?

Pulled into the parking lot and the girl that is working the window was outside in a white car smoking weed with someone from the kitchen , when she got out she left her gloves on walked back inside and proceeded to make orders and touch food
I ordered online food, and when I arrived, apparently somebody had stolen it. The staff did everything to make it right. Love KFC.

Terrible all around. Tried to eat there last week, messed up my order. Today my son requested KFC for his birthday and thought we would try again. Staff was RUDE to say the least. My total was $15.04 and I handed over a $20 then said oh wait I have change then was told they already 'put it in the ststem' like it was too difficult to figure out change. Didn't say a word when handing me my food and was more concerned with her social hour. They also did not offer condiments nor put any in the bag for the biscuit or fries.
