If I could give several negative stars I would. I ordered a a bucket of chicken at 6:37 pm. I arrived at the location at 7:06pm to pick up my order. The doors were locked so we went through the drive thru. The manager Derrell told me to get online and cancel the order as they had thrown out the food and wouldn't be making anymore. I attempted to do so but the order was marked as completed therefore I can not cancel my order or get a refund for the food I don't have. I gave him a call and told him the issue. He repeated what he had said before while raising his voice and talking really fast. He was rude and would not listen to the issue. He obviously didn't want to deal with anyone or help. I will be contacting the general manager for the refund owed to me but my family and friends will never come back.

Ordered. #3 dark, fries, diet Pepsi _ famous bowl, fries, diet Pepsi.
I received #3 BBQ white, biscuit, diet Pepsi _ famous bowl with a hair in it.
Went back they told me 20 min wait on correct order. Refunded me while yelling at eachother about who's fault it was..
Place seems dirty from outside went to BWW instead much better!

Chicken was great and fresh and hot our sides were excellent as well. The entire meal was fantastic. Thank you. The price was a little high for 12 piece with 3 side.. 42.00 plus tax.

This has to be the worse KFC I have visited. Twice, I went to this location and twice my food was overcooked or not correct. They don't know a breast from a thigh and the tenders are always over cooked. They have a signed over the intercom to place an order. People are outside in the back smoking. One person is in the drive through and kitchen working by himself due to others on break. This location is very not professional. I recommend learning customer service and know the difference of a breast from a thigh. Better yet, try to differentiate white meat from dark meat. So simple. I will not be attending this location again.

if you’re going to have the lobby locked and have a sign that says drive through only but then proceed to not help anyone and have people just sitting in the drive through waiting, you should just turn your open sign off
Ordered family chicken meal online with a chocolate cake. After I ordered, said food would be ready in 5 minutes. I get to the store, try to go inside and the sign says closed, use drive thru. So I to the drive thru, there is a sign on the speaker that says they only take cards or exact change. The staff comes on the intercom and I tell her that I am here to pickup my online order. She tells me it will be 15 minutes until it’s ready. So I go park for 15 minutes. Go back to the drive thru and someone else comes on, I tell them I’m here for my order, and they tell me it’s gonna be another 15 minutes for biscuits. I told them I did not want to wait 15 minutes. They offered to sub Mac a cheese for the biscuits. I agreed and went on my way. Got the food home and the chicken was not crispy. The chicken had a strange odor and after taking one bite I about gagged from the taste. The Mac and cheese did not taste good either. The mashed potatoes were ok, the coleslaw and cake were the best part of the meal. Why is the restaurant closed? Why only cards or exact change? Why are they making me wait 30 minutes for my food? And what are they doing to there chicken? Something does not seem right. Order at your own risk.

Though the staff was nice (which is why I gave two stars) the chicken was cold, not golden but a dark brown and hard to chew, they were out of pot pies and replaced it with this dark overcooked tenders, I had to go back because something was forgotten this was after waiting an extra half hour in their parking lot for the food to be ready the first time, and the fries were old, soggy and cold. The food was very bad and I was feeding a big group of people so this order cost me almost $100 of food that was barely touched because it was not good. In this economy $100 is a lot of money to spend on food you can’t eat because it isn’t good. The staff were nice, food was bad!

Service was not friendly and had to wait for someone to show up to order. Couldn’t eat inside. Food was cool. Ordered classic bowl and sign says drink included, but employee said no it wasn’t. Probably won’t go back to this location. Don’t recommend it!!!

I have given this location multiple chances. I work food service too so I know some days are difficult but every time I come here their doors are locked all day. I have lived up here for 5 years and the only time the doors were unlocked was when a worker had her three children running around the restaurant and in the kitchen and outside. I understand getting a babysitter is expensive and hard but this is unsafe and ridiculous. We ordered online and their doors are locked so I go through the drive through and get told to wait at the window just to get yelled at by a different worker because i can't go through drive thru for mobile orders. She then told me they're unlocked one door and to come inside and wait then proceeded to slam the window on me. I go to this location because its close by but from now on I will take the trip to another one.

On FRIDAY, July 18, 2025 at 7:16 PM, I went in for a meal, wished to dine in, and was told "Actually, we're closing the lobby at 7 now". When I asked "You close the lobby at 7?", I was told, "We need to close down" and that I could go through the drive thru. I proceeded to say that that was unacceptable and walked out the door. To close the lobby of a restaurant as early as 7 PM (on a FRIDAY EVENING mind you) is completely ridiculous! This action has earned this establishment my disapproval.
The wait is horrid, the service is nonexistent. The orders are usually screwed up. They gave us nuggets, not tenders. Forgot sauce but the food given tasted good.

If I could rate this location a negative 20 stars I would. I really don’t see why this location is even open anymore. Months ago when I went the employees were rude, they were out of soda and instead of fixing the machine or shutting it down they gave me syrup water and said nothing. Fast forward to the last 2 times my husband & I have tried to get an order from this location, the restaurant says open, lights on, signs says open - but no one is working, the doors are locked, no one at the windows or taking any orders from the drive-thru. Then TODAY (08/11/2025) we pull up to give this crummy place one last shot because we saw a car in the parking lot. Of course we assumed this meant there was at least one customer there being served. Pull up to the talk box to order - No one is answering. As we wait 5 minutes by the box, we see a female employee come out, lock the doors and run to the car that sat in the lot with two men up front in the driver and passenger seat. At this point we pull ahead to the windows - no one is there. We pull in to park and we go to check the doors because the big “Open” light is still on along with everything else in the establishment. But what do you know? Locked. This was at 3pm! At this point this has been MONTHS of nonexistent or horrendous service. Corporate really needs to step in, like yesterday, & either fire & replace every last employee at this location or close down this location entirely. What an absolute nightmare.
