On FRIDAY, July 18, 2025 at 7:16 PM, I went in for a meal, wished to dine in, and was told "Actually, we're closing the lobby at 7 now". When I asked "You close the lobby at 7?", I was told, "We need to close down" and that I could go through the drive thru. I proceeded to say that that was unacceptable and walked out the door. To close the lobby of a restaurant as early as 7 PM (on a FRIDAY EVENING mind you) is completely ridiculous! This action has earned this establishment my disapproval.
If I could rate this location a negative 20 stars I would. I really don’t see why this location is even open anymore. Months ago when I went the employees were rude, they were out of soda and instead of fixing the machine or shutting it down they gave me syrup water and said nothing. Fast forward to the last 2 times my husband & I have tried to get an order from this location, the restaurant says open, lights on, signs says open - but no one is working, the doors are locked, no one at the windows or taking any orders from the drive-thru. Then TODAY (08/11/2025) we pull up to give this crummy place one last shot because we saw a car in the parking lot. Of course we assumed this meant there was at least one customer there being served. Pull up to the talk box to order - No one is answering. As we wait 5 minutes by the box, we see a female employee come out, lock the doors and run to the car that sat in the lot with two men up front in the driver and passenger seat. At this point we pull ahead to the windows - no one is there. We pull in to park and we go to check the doors because the big “Open” light is still on along with everything else in the establishment. But what do you know? Locked. This was at 3pm! At this point this has been MONTHS of nonexistent or horrendous service. Corporate really needs to step in, like yesterday, & either fire & replace every last employee at this location or close down this location entirely. What an absolute nightmare.

Absolutely terrible I ordered four piece tenders and they gave me three of them and then no fries with it and mind you the fries are always supposed to come with it and I got a bottle of water because apparently they ran out of every single soda. Do not go there.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed a online order in the morning to be picked up late afternoon/early evening. My drive home is 35 miles from the store. Get home and I did not receive my mashed potatoes and gravy or my dessert pies. Call the store for refund and employee got nasty after I told her I wasn't driving back to get them. I wanted a full refund and she hung up on me. I called corporate right away and they just wanted to refund me for missing items, I said no I want refund for my whole meal (8 pcs. combo) so now I have to wait for someone to approve it.. UPDATE: DO NOT PURCHASE from KFC, corporate is only going to give me partial refund... This company is TERRIBLE...... Will NO LONGER give them my business

Food: received what was ordered. To go bowls were full. However when I tipped a bowl over in a glass bowl to reheat, there your bug parts. See photo. Nobody greated me when I came in, and I waited. I didn’t see anybody working.

I got here around 12:30 the other day and tried to place my order, first they had a sign on the machine saying they didn’t have any staff. Then they answered over the intercom saying that they didn’t have chicken? KFC doesn’t have chicken? What sense does that make. They had the doors locked even though they open at 11 and the building was empty. This is a poor and sad way to run a business. Now I understand why you guys lose customers to Popeyes.

Went inside for my online order, nobody working. Lobby empty and didn't see anyone working at all. Waited for a while and finally saw one lady hiding in the back. Most of the items on my order weren't in stock. No soda at all in the restaurant. Paid for soda and got water in exchange. No refund was offered. Drive thru had cars lined up, but nobody was taking orders because there weren't any employees. So they drove around and came inside, only to find no employees. This restaurant needs to be closed down until a manager with experience can get the place turned around. A note to the owner, you're on a sinking ship.....

Tuesday at 5 pm. We just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, there was one car parked in the parking lot. No one spoke to us to take our order. We went to the window and didn’t see anyone working. Not sure if this location is still open or not. Did not see anyone working closed signs.

The employees try to scam food from other businesses without tipping delivery drivers. Don't trust these people. Go elsewhere.
I was charged 2 times never received my money back. Was talked to so unprofessional everytime I called. Theft by deception
