Fast unloading. Appointment was on next day. Took almost 1 and half hour to unload. Don’t know why so many bad reviews.
employees make homophobic remarks in public forums, would not trust this company.

This place is horrible for drivers. What’s the point of having appointments when the hold you for hours! And not even a full load! Sat here for hours with only 9 pallets to unload. Also the lumper fees are crazy! 240$ for 9 pallets! Drivers avoid this place if possible. They don’t care about you or your time.
Takes way to long to unload 7 pallets 4-5 hours minimum even if you show up on time for appointments…
Take to much time to unload. In the door at 5:45 am. And at 10:53 am still in the dam door. Have not even started to unload my truck!

They got me checked in. Gave me a door right away. I'm bringing a load of potatoes. They gave me their lumper service thing I paid it immediately so I can get it unloaded immediately 3 hours later still waiting for them to unload. Apparently they will not unload you until you paid and they gave me a confirmation that I paid 3 hours ago. I think they just need to hire some more people from South of the border and maybe I'll get my truck unloaded. LOL

Would leave zero if I could. Was late because of a blown tire, no one cares, rescheduled 2 days later free storage, still charge me late fee $125, truckers avoid this place if possible
Got here at 610 backed into dock by 620. It's currently 11:20 and still being unloaded. Literally taking out 1 pallet every 30mins. To charge a lumper fee for this is disgusting.
Places like this has no respect for trucker treat them worst then a homeless take somuch time for unloading. .beside the we.bring bussines to their hands

I was left with several cases of "damaged" OS&D and reportedly short 35 cases.
Receiving office was efficient, neither overly polite nor rude.
Better experience delivering here than most places over the years.
I had to leave a review for our delivery driver angel. He always has a positive attitude every time!! Such a blessing to have such a hard working young man show up twice a week to brighten our day!!
