This used to be our favorite place. Now there are never any flavors to chose from. Multiple machines are down and the staff could care less. What a disappointment.

This shop is always out of all the flavors they have 3 to 4 basic flavors and never have any fun ones. I’d rather visit the one in Altoona!

Half of the soft serve items were out while the staff behind the counter were playing a game. I understand they are in high school, but that is no excuse for poor service and not doing your job.

Never open. Always having issues with staffing, machines etc. friendly staff if anyone is there, but most if not all the machines don’t ever seem to work.

First time at Menchies yesterday. When we walked in, the girl working was sweeping. We kind of waited there, not knowing we were just supposed to start filling a bowl. She finished sweeping and saw us but did not acknowledge us. I have been to other fro yo places in the past so when I saw the bowls I decided we should just start filling ours up. We took them to the counter and weighed them. The girl at the counter told us our total then asked us to answer the question on the screen. It was asking if we wanted to tip. My mom (who was paying) hit no as she had put cash in her tip jar, not only did she not say thank you for the undeserved tip in the tip jar but she scoweled at my mom for hitting the no tip on the card. She literally provided us with NO SERVICE at a self serve place and spoke less than 5 words to us checking out and had already recieved a totally unearned tip yet had the audacity to scowel at my mom for choosing not to tip her AGAIN on her credit card. I actually REALLY liked the melon/fruit punch sorbet with the mango boba. I would be a frequent flyer here for that alone. I am already craving it again. But with service like that, I dont think I will be back.

Have always loved menchies since they opened up in CF. The toppings bar and all the goodies you can add on to your fro-yo are always fresh and just the best! the rewards system is pretty good too! I’ve been able to take advantage of $5-$10 off my orders quite frequently ? will always recommend and always return ?

Love this place! You're guaranteed a multitude of yummy frozen yogurt options like pineapple dole whip, salted caramel, and more, along with countless options of sprinkles, cookies, candies, fresh fruit, and popping boba. You pay what you weigh! How much your bowl weighs that is. It's a nice concept and fun. My family loves it.
