We love the food!! I’ve seen fights/arguments between employees. They are snotty. Like one decent employee at each location I’ve been to. Employees on their phones like taking a personal call right behind the counter. Using awful language..
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude from the moment I walked in and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. On top of that, the food was wrapped so poorly that it started falling apart before I could even eat it, making a huge mess. Customer service and basic food presentation clearly aren’t priorities here.
