I came in the other day and it was super busy and hectic (which makes sense bc it’s SO GOOD!) Even with it being so busy, the girl with the wavy blonde hair and bangs who took my order was really nice and helped me pick out a drink I’d like. I didn’t feel rushed at all and was really impressed by the service!

Went with my friends today, love the tea here. However, the supervisor who was training some poor girl today was treating her so awfully. She was passive aggressive and you could tell the other worker was uncomfortable. She made remarks about the trainee out loud and made the whole store fall silent, it was very uncomfortable. If I walked in and saw her there behind the counter I would turn around and come back later in the day.

When I walked in at 7:38 the staff seemed very unhappy to see me. The lady proceeded to tell us she can't make a smoothie because they already started sanitizing their blenders. She also informed me that they were out of Boba so I left disappointed and drinkless.
PearlTea offers the best boba in the Cedar Valley! Their drinks are always consistent and delicious, perfectly satisfying your craving. The staff are so helpful and nice, and service is quick. I also love that they offer an order ahead feature on their website so your drink can be ready when you arrive. The atmosphere is super cute, though I generally get mine to go it offers comfy seating to sit and chat. Overall, I highly recommend if your looking for a boba drink, whether that be milk tea with honey boba or a fruity tea with popping boba! A few of my favorite drinks are the PearlTea Signature with honey boba, the Strawberry Milk Tea with honey boba, or a Strawberry Jasmine Green Tea with strawberry popping!
Visiting some friends in Cedar Falls and didn’t expected to meet the best bubble tea I’ve ever had! I live Cali but no bubble tea could compare to the signature milk tea from this place. The drink it self is very creamy but it also has an authentic tea flavor, with the soft but Chewy boba, just the perfect ratio of this drink. Hope they could open one in San Jose as well!

I have come here once every couple of months for awhile now, hoping that the drinks will be good and then disappointed when they're not.My most recent visit was the worst, and I won't be coming back.1: The drink tasted unusually disgusting; It's always been kind of bad, but this one was AWFUL. I'm not one to leave food, so I finished it anyway and my stomach has been rolling since.2: I ordered a classic and received a strawberry milk tea. I would've had this corrected, if anyone was actually doing their job.3: I'm kind of just over the place. It's dirty, it's dingy, there's cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners of the customer-sitting-area, and I can only imagine what horrors are behind the kitchen.4: Any time I've tried to talk to a manager in person about my concerns, I've never gotten the chance to. They're always out or doing something. Kind of speaks to the overall attitude they have for this store, honestly.5: Overall, a waste of money. It's over-priced and low quality. Don't buy here.
