Every time we order my daughters drink we specifically tell them cream based. They always verify cream based but then whoever makes it doesn’t make it right. And we get coffee based. Today we told the barista it was coffee based and she was a smartass and was like “no it’s cream based, see on the tag it says cream based” but when it’s actually got the brown coloring and all 5 people in our car taste coffee, it’s not cream based.
