Listen, it's a Taco Bell. They have great fast food tacos at a reasonable price. Their Chulupas are very good, and you can't go wrong with a beefy 5 layer.

Gave me the wrong food and drink tasted like water. To make matters worse, the food was rock hard and cold like it had been sitting out all day.

Had an issue with an online order and the GM acted extremely rude when I called. She refused to help and assumed that I was talking about a door dash order instead of the first party app Taco Bell app. Finally got her up to speed and she gave me the support number which was closed that day. I called her back and apparently as a GM she couldn't do anything to help or refund any bit of the order.
She must have been having a bad day but as management, she's held to a higher standard. That which she failed to meet.
Just go to Taco John's across the street.

Not sure why their Chalupa is now dry white bread rather than crunchy which is advertised. Place has fell off big time. But they all have. Nothing but loaded up lettuce and slop for wayyyy to much money!!

Don't go to Taco Bell Cedar Falls Iowa! Ordered food and didn't get what I asked for on it! Called when I got home and person on phone called me a liar!! I know how I order my food. Because it's the same every time. I will never be going back there again.
Store is bland in decor and not very appealing to look at on the inside. No interaction with any staff at the counter.
Store is kiosk driven for ordering. Which I personally find unappealing. Food was okay for a taco place. They still can't get the sour cream spread out on the whole taco. One giant clump right on the end.

Why do companies not understand how outrageous it is for them to obligate you to spend money on something entirely unrelated to their business? When I want to donate money to charity, I'll donate money to charity. I don't need Taco Bell to take their cut of the proceeds for me to feel good about donating. Also, 1 burrito, 1 Nachos Bel Grande and two medium drinks for 22.xx dollars?
If you take out plan on soggy food. It's best to eat in store.

Terrible. I try to give this place another chance every once in a while, but it just gets worse. Every time I’ve asked for a customization, they just ignore it. The potatoes and fries are usually so old they’re pretty much inedible. Sauce cups filled less than halfway full. If they rip your burrito, they just wrap it up and hand it out. One girl rolled her eyes and started cussing when she had to take an order, right in front of me at the drive thru window. This place used to be so good, and consistently good. Save your money, or if you have time, drive to the Waterloo location. That one is actually way better now.

NEVER GO HERE AT 12Am to 3pm or you’re be in line for 3 hours. The store always does this, I’m a delivery driver and always when I go to the store after 11pm it’s always packed and the workers are slow. When you go to the drive through there’s a boy there that makes fun out of you by saying “oh yall DoorDash workers not getting payed enough so why yall keep coming here” like excuse me? The service is bad and they’re slow in preparing food
