Just ordered food through the drive through tonight. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell… the young lady with dark long hair and black glasses that took our Order was rude. Shoved our drinks into my husband’s hand, then sat by the soda machine when we tired to get her attention…Didn’t give us our fourth drink had to ask for it then told us we already got one when we didn’t …didn’t give us our sauce. The food was cold. The Chalupa’s were tough My husbands crunch wrap supreme, barely had anything on it and was very dry… not very friendly and not good food Waverly Taco Bell is 100% better….

Don’t order inside and dont even try to order from the Taco Bell app. Every time I’ve gone here and done anything besides the drive thru they either don’t even make my food or take at least an hour to do so. Once they even forgot to make my meal and then didn’t offer to make it after I paid for it already on the app. I’ve also ordered inside and waited 45 minutes until a worker realized I had been in there for so long and hadn’t gotten my food. Food tastes fine but service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Hard to park stupid set up. Kiosk inside is hard to use You have to figure out what section the food you want to order is under, the old way with the menu above gives you a better experience, I suggest you go back to the old way! Getting help there is a chore especially if you want to pay cash-you would think it was in foreign currency you get the llook from the employees (front counter is not my job) If all taco bells are run this way I will go to Taco John where the menus are plain to understand and customer service is first rate!

We went through the drive through. The person who took our order was not the kindest but that wasn’t the problem. My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning last night from their ground beef. Mine being much worse as I ate more than he did. If you’re craving Taco Bell I would highly recommend going to a different location for awhile since something is giving out food poisoning here. Personally I will never eat at any Taco Bell again due to how horrible the food poisoning was for me. (I got the three locos Doritos tacos for reference and my Bf got a Crunchwrap supreme with ground beef as well). Be cautious.
