Staff is very friendly and kind. Food was delicious. The only complaint would be that the new pickle fries were over cooked and they have too much salted seasoning on the outside of the pickle which is just too salty. They would be perfect not as well done without the heavy seasoning on the outside. The dip is perfect with them.

Constantly out of menu items or ingredients. Servers don't care or offer any solutions. You can just tell by the atmosphere that the staff just doesn't care or have the drive to make it a good experience!

It's Applebee's. Standard chain food. Good but it isn't like a restaurant where the food is made with heart. Our server was great. Very attentive but didn't hover.

Poor quality food. My grilled club house was soggy and oily, bad taste. Great service. Bring a jacket because the ac will blow on the tables.

Last night we had takeout from Council St., Cedar Rapids location. The containers were all upside down spilling. There was no rhyme or reason to any of the dishes that we ordered. Also, you need to get your old shelf back because these new recipes are not good. We spent a good chunk of money for this meal. I am sorry it was super super disappointing.
