From the second we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. The MOD greeted us as well and checked on us multiple times, as we had just had a bad experience elsewhere.
The mood/vibe in Biaggis is upbeat and positive, communication was good, service was excellent, issues were resolved quickly, and we were very happy.

My boyfriend and I went there last night and had some food and I’m pretty sure the food was bad. I had the gluten-friendly chicken parmesan and when I took a bite it didn’t taste right but I thought maybe it was in my head. Soon after we left, I had to use the bathroom and my bf threw up three times and he had the seafood! We had two completely different meals and they were both bad so that’s pretty concerning..
