My friend and I went to Arbys to pick up meals for residents who have been affected by the flood. We asked if there was any type of discount they could provide us. The manager gave us 50% off our order. We defianty were not expexting that big of a discount and want to say THANK YOU!
I love Arby's. I visited the Collins Road Arby's this evening to get dinner because I had a busy evening. My order was missing food however I didn't realize it until I got home. I called and spoke to the manager and he apologized and offered me a couple options. I had to return to the store to get the missing food and he was kind and polite. He made it right. The food was delicious and the staff is friendly.
For only having 1 maybe 2 employee2 tonight. Your store did amazing. Thank you for the great service. Arbys give this night crew a raise. Your crew tonight are the only reason your getting any 5 stars at all from me.
You really need to do better with your staffing tho.
