Roughly a week ago (Sunday Jan 10th) I went through the Drive Thru and ordered 2 of the chicken sandwiches. After me and the wife got home and started eating, once I got to the thicker portion of the chicken breast on the sandwich, it was raw in the middle. The wife had not started eating hers yet, and I checked that one and the center of the chicken in that one was raw also. They need Better Customer service training. Cashier (apparently manager in charge) messed up my order initially. Then abruptly had someone take over due to a phone call. (according to gentleman who took over, she was expecting a call). Personal calls override customer service????) When I chatted with her about her behaviour she retorted with "only managers are allowed to answer phone" Had more to order but got what she had rang in and went to another location for the rest...read full review
I got the complete wrong order. (It happens). I called and let them know and the manager said they would send me a free meal voucher in the mail. This was two weeks ago and I live 3 miles away.
