Been eating here for years. The crazy old asian guy everyone refers to is the best. He is an awesome guy and the more you come here the better your experience will be. He is a riot and food is amazing and cheap. If you think he is crazy come during the day when his wife is here then you will really love it.
The prices here are the best in the NATION, and so is the Mongolian Beef. I have worked with some of the best chefs in the world, and have almost 30 years experience with food, and I can say without reservation that the Mongolian Beef is unmatched.

We absolutely loved Beijing express! Almost every meal is less than 5 dollars, and the food is high quality traditional Chinese food, unlike 98% of the other "Chinese" restaurants in Cedar Rapids. Highly recommend!
