Took 1 h to get some wings.
Nice server.
Food: dry wings. Sauces not great (teriyaki) and a dry rub.

Both wings were boness and dry.

There are better options nearby.

Why in the world is this location so slow. My friends came up here to buy food. The food was cold. So I send them to get the food just for them to take their precious time like they have no time to lose. Manager should have comp for waiting for so long. I’m not sending them to get me nothing else from this location

I’m not one to leave a bad review but tonight was terrible. Long story short, we sat down at 6:40 and we placed our food order in a little before 7:15 since we were waiting for our forth person to arrive and around 8:10, we asked our server where our food was after being told constantly that “It’ll be out soon”. From the time that we placed our order to asking our server where our order was, 13-15 tables (ranging from two people to 8 people) had sat, ate, and left all while we were still waiting. We said to go ahead and cancel our order because we no longer wanted to wait since it was very clear that it had never been plugged in, in the first place. After our waitress came back twice from “checking to see where our ticket was in line”, we finally told her to cancel the order. She left once more to “check” and when she came back, we asked for an update (because that’s the whole reason she went back to the kitchen in the first place) to which she proceeded to say “Well, you said to cancel it” and push come to shove, she finally admitted she had never placed our order to begin with. We wouldn’t have been as upset if she’d of been honest with us in the first place. All four of us at the table have been in the serving industry for years so we are not the kind of people to make a scene like those who haven’t worked in the industry tend to do. Needless to say, we will not be back, not to the Edgewood Road SW location, which is a bummer because the food quality has improved tremendously and we enjoyed coming in on Thursdays to eat. To say it was an off night isn’t acceptable because everyone around us who was also taken care of by the server we had, had no issue whatsoever.

Had them change one of the smaller tvs to the bucks games, they went and changed it back like 10 minutes later.

Got here around 11:18pm and sat down at table 215. No one ever came to greet, take order or anything. We figured we had to do the online thing around 11:30ish. All servers just kept looking at our table as if "not my area". At 12:08am after no drinks or service I had to ask a server. I talked to Ali and she apologized and got us taken care off the rest of the night. She is great and even had to break up a high schoolers fight.

Had one of thee worst experiences here last night, waited 2 hours for food… nothing… then ended up having plumbing issues lol. Was an absolute joke, avoid.
