Literally have never gotten an online order right. Whether it's me, or my roommate, something is always missing or wrong. Every. Single. Time. It's like they're doing it on purpose. Missing pretzel bites, completely wrong sauces, and this time? I ordered 20 boneless. It says 20 boneless on the box. There's 10 inside. It's unreal this happens EVERY TIME.

Consistently slow serving times. Understaffed overall but always a slow kitchen. 3 visits in a row we've been told an hour wait for food.

Waited 10+ minutes, were given menus, and never got our order taken

Arrived at restaurant at 8:45. Maybe 5 tables seated total in the whole restaurant. Didn’t receive service until 9, food until 9:45. Server was asked repeatedly for refills over 4 times, had to ask another server for it after 10 minutes. Asked server if they did anything free for birthdays, she said yes and could do a cookie skillet- when bills arrived at 10- charge for cookie was on check. Stared she was new and didn’t know. If you don’t know the menu and your policies don’t say yes- ask a manager or another experienced server. Service was slow and inattentive.

I have ordered from here for years and usually dont have to many issues but recently just problem after problem. I ordered a cookie and ice cream to go and got the ice cream in just a plastic bag.

Took 1 h to get some wings.
Nice server.
Food: dry wings. Sauces not great (teriyaki) and a dry rub.

Both wings were boness and dry.

There are better options nearby.

Why in the world is this location so slow. My friends came up here to buy food. The food was cold. So I send them to get the food just for them to take their precious time like they have no time to lose. Manager should have comp for waiting for so long. I’m not sending them to get me nothing else from this location
