I've tried their food a few times.Overall I think the food is good.The people here are nice.The challenge of giving a great review for food in the mall is that atmosphere is impacted by the location of the food court.My last visit was not the best. I ordered two meals and after waiting only ended up with one.They didn't charge me for the second otherwise I would have rated lower. It's an inconvenience and time killer since I had to go order something else.

Ordered seafood boil and the shrimp was extremely over cooked and the crab smelled rotten couldn’t bare it . So tried my brownie I got for desert couldn’t even take a bite hard as a rock . I tend to support local but this place could careless.

I ordered through doordash and it took almost an hour longer than stated on the app. I know it was an issue with the restaurant and not a doordash issue because I could see that three different dashers attempted to pick up the order but dropped it since the food was taking so long. I ordered was fufu and egusi soup with beef but I think I received it with expired goat meat because it tasted absolutely RANCID! I had to throw everything away because I’m sure it would have made me sick if I ate it. To make things worse the fufu was almost a liquid. It was so sticky to the point where it was basically inedible. There is absolutely no way I will go anywhere near this place ever again!
I love their egusi soup and fufu. The texture of the fufu is everything ?. Koffigrill degue couscous and bissap juices are a plus, can't go wrong with either one. I'm excited to see more african restaurants in IA especially Iowa city and Cedar Rapids.

Waited almost an hour for 2 pieces of chicken and some corn. Got pork instead of chicken.

The food is pretty good. Goat was delicious which is why I gave 4 stars and not 3. Rice was mushy and clumped but well seasoned. I think they overcooked it. Plantain was too soft but decent. Portion size is WAY to small for what they charge. And service is a 2/10. I may still try again. I'm trying to be kind but it wasn't the best experience.

I waited 25 minutes for my meal at this mall food court. When I finally asked where it was the girl went back and came out with it 5 minutes later. I ordered the Fried Pork. It was gristle and bones, and the few pieces of actual pork were as tough as shoe leather. I thought oh well, maybe it was just a bad batch. Then I tried my onion rings, which I only received three of, burnt. Oh well, there was still the rice. Nope, it tasted sweet like someone had accidentally poured their creamed coffee in it. It was really weird. I'm not one to take food back, ever, but $16 for inedible food was my breaking point. The two employees I talked to assured me that this was how they serve their food. A $16 lesson learned. Never again. I had to throw my food away after waiting over half an hour.
