They offer a separate gluten free menu. I'd recommend the grilled chicken pecan salad with honey mustard dressing. It's delicious!

cheddar's is a great restaurant. fun great prepared everything. their adult drinks menu is sooo good and affordable. the portions are big enough to take a box home. sides options variety is awesome most meals will tell you pick 2. atmosphere is great for a date or make the kids feel like they went somewhere cool. they're open til 11pm on fri n sat which is gr8 for a date or if you picked someone up at the airport kinda late like I did.
