I've tried their food a few times.Overall I think the food is good.The people here are nice.The challenge of giving a great review for food in the mall is that atmosphere is impacted by the location of the food court.My last visit was not the best. I ordered two meals and after waiting only ended up with one.They didn't charge me for the second otherwise I would have rated lower. It's an inconvenience and time killer since I had to go order something else.

Ordered seafood boil and the shrimp was extremely over cooked and the crab smelled rotten couldn’t bare it . So tried my brownie I got for desert couldn’t even take a bite hard as a rock . I tend to support local but this place could careless.

I ordered through doordash and it took almost an hour longer than stated on the app. I know it was an issue with the restaurant and not a doordash issue because I could see that three different dashers attempted to pick up the order but dropped it since the food was taking so long. I ordered was fufu and egusi soup with beef but I think I received it with expired goat meat because it tasted absolutely RANCID! I had to throw everything away because I’m sure it would have made me sick if I ate it. To make things worse the fufu was almost a liquid. It was so sticky to the point where it was basically inedible. There is absolutely no way I will go anywhere near this place ever again!

The food is pretty good. Goat was delicious which is why I gave 4 stars and not 3. Rice was mushy and clumped but well seasoned. I think they overcooked it. Plantain was too soft but decent. Portion size is WAY to small for what they charge. And service is a 2/10. I may still try again. I'm trying to be kind but it wasn't the best experience.Parking: At a mall

I waited 25 minutes for my meal at this mall food court. When I finally asked where it was the girl went back and came out with it 5 minutes later. I ordered the Fried Pork. It was gristle and bones, and the few pieces of actual pork were as tough as shoe leather. I thought oh well, maybe it was just a bad batch. Then I tried my onion rings, which I only received three of, burnt. Oh well, there was still the rice. Nope, it tasted sweet like someone had accidentally poured their creamed coffee in it. It was really weird. I'm not one to take food back, ever, but $16 for inedible food was my breaking point. The two employees I talked to assured me that this was how they serve their food. A $16 lesson learned. Never again. I had to throw my food away after waiting over half an hour.

I explained I was on lunch and that this had been ordered in advance to accommodate my 30 lunch. The owner/cook, grabbed my phone out of my hand and insisted she needed to see what I ordered, then said she would make it to wait.. I had paid online. after 15 mins, she came back with a container she gave me and said it was hot. I hurried back to work and opened the container to this.It looks and smells like fishy vomit! It was disgusting and couldn't even be eaten. this was supposed to be goat fufu and it had a complete fish smell and odor. I tried one small bite and nearly threw up.the people were extremely rude and this is absolutely disgustingDO NOT EAT HEREshe had to of done something to this deliberately and I am contacting the BBB

The wait time was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous waited for over 2 hours for 2 bowls of egusi.They didn’t have cash or card machine running so I had to spend more than what I wanted. They also did not cook at the place someone was cooking else where and bringing the food which then they did not have everything on the menu.. The taste of the egusi was ok but the wait time and unorganized service was not worth it.. I am also from out of town(Memphis) which is why I decided to try them.. now I’m forced to drive 45 min away to Iowa City whenever I’m in town for African food..

Extremely delicious. I love their white rice chicken stew, Jamaican patties, and plantains. I'm ordering off doordash their talipia, white rice, plantains, brownies, and Jamaican beef patties. With their delicious passion fruit juice. I'm excited. I had a great experience through doordash with them yesterday.

I'm so sad. The sign now says KoffiGrill and when I arrived at 11:56 on a Wednesday the signs indicated they should be open but no lights, no signs on, and no food. Disappointed. How can you make money or stay open when you don't keep your hours of service.
