I love this place!! I don't get it often so it's such a treat. I always get the chicken burrito bowl with their guacamole. This is the only place I like guacamole!!

I would not recommend ordering a pick-up order. This is how my order looked when I picked it up. I hadn't taken a bit yet. It almost seemed like they had forgotten the chicken. The bowl was maybe half full. Not that it should matter but, I even left a tip when I placed the order.

Came to pick up and order and was told it was already picked up and when I told them to make sure the drivers are accepting the order instead of stealing it they was rude and disrespectful about it whoever is managing this restaurant need to fix the problem

This chipotle is one of the most ghetto chipotles i’ve ever seen. Me and my husband were in town from Chicago and we chose the safest option as chipotle is usually decent. Not only did they make my order wrong twice, they threw away the bowl that was supposed to be a burrito and gave no apology, I would assume they wouldn’t throw away something that they messed up. They did not seem apologetic they seemed inconvenienced. Forgot my side guac as well.

OK. My first time. All of the meat choices appeared over cooked, and we were there at 11 am. I tried the brisket. It was overcooked. It had a great taste, however. Everything else far exceeded my expectations!

Donated 3 dollars to them as they decided not to put guacamole on my burrito (order ahead in the app). I would call the meat leather but that’s very misleading…leather was easier to chew. Don’t waste your time and money at this place. Only reason atmosphere isn’t a 1 is because the black gentleman with dreads is always very high energy, courteous, and great all around.

You might be coming here because you got sick after eating there tonight. 1/9/25. If so, it was because a little girl puked everywhere and nothing was sanitized. A little girl puked at a table between chairs, landing on the floor and likely all over the chairs. Then the little girl moved to another seating area while her mother clean that up with napkins, likely spreading more germs to another seating area. A trashcan was also used in this process for the girl to puke over And that was not sanitized. Shortly after 3 men were sitting at the puke infested table setting.

Management was present and aware. If they are openly ignoring this in front of customers what kind of cleanly issues are happening out of sight? Food for thought.

The absolute worst food place out here. I would rather wait in a drive thru for 30 minutes than walk into this chipotle. Every single time I’ve gone it’s like the second you walk through the door you’re an inconvenience and you’ve ruined their day. They don’t give you what you ask for, try to over charge you, can’t order anything on the side and don’t ask a shift leader for anything because they just stand there and make you wait for a worker to get it for you. The manager take sides with the employees and try to kick you out of the store without even asking what happened and for asking for an employees name.

There are 30 people in the restaurant waiting for food. They are doing online order only. They are saying the wait time is 20 minutes. But my family and the two people next to us waited over 45 minutes. About 30 more people have come in and then left immediately due to wait time. You are losesing a ton of money by being understaffed. If you can't properly staff your restaurant maybe you should close your franchise.

My fiancé and I decided to finally try this place after years of hype and advertising, but it was a huge letdown. The $40 burritos were overpriced and downright inedible—we forced a few bites only because of the price. Adding to the disappointment was a loud, obnoxious employee who made it impossible to have a conversation. To top it off, a man who appeared homeless sat at our table, leaving us extremely uncomfortable. Save your money and go to Moe’s Southwest Grill or Pancheros instead—we certainly will.
