Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chips and queso were a huge disappointment. The chips were all stale and obviously if they are made fresh daily it was not the same day.

I don’t visit here much, then I remembered why when I ate here. The place is just a letdown. You get no meat and everything is an extra charge.

Honestly this just doesn’t cut it. Get a home town, locally owned place where the staff actually cares.

I got a steak burrito bowl to go today. And as I was eating my bowl, I noticed a bug crawling around on the lettuce. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste of $11.40.

I ordered the burrito bowl 10/6/25. Carnitas, no rice, no beans, fajita veggies, cheese and verde salsa. I’ve ordered this before, but this time the carnitas was inedible. It was full of gristle and was tough. It’s supposed to be fall apart tender.

I saw a recent review from a week ago saying the chips were stale. This location has not rectified the matter considering mine were very stale today. Managenent responded to their review too. I tried a few a few minutes after getting them. Very disappointed.

Terrible portions, I mean just not great. My scoop for chicken was half of one, when usually the give 1 full scoop and a little more. Also the worker was not very kind. Tables were dirty, and chips were a little stale, unbelievable.

The lady handling my order gave the worst portion sizes ever!! And they were out on almost everything, going way too fast even though there was no line and it didn’t look like they were busy with any online orders
